Patrick Gardner is a Director at UBS, currently serving as the Market Director for the Warren, NJ office within the Greater New York Metro Market. He leads one of the region’s key branches, where he is responsible for driving growth and setting the strategic direction for a team of more than 40 employees. As a market leader, Patrick is deeply committed to building a culture where individuals and teams are inspired to surpass both personal and professional goals.

Patrick has spent his nine-year career with UBS, most recently as the Associate Market Executive for Northern NJ supporting the growth of over 225 Financial Advisors and their team associates across eight offices in the New Jersey area including Paramus, Florham Park, Short Hills, Warren, Westfield, Princeton, Red Bank and Manasquan.

A New Jersey native, Patrick earned his B.A. in Economics from Fordham University, where he served as captain of the Division I baseball program. He holds the Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses. Patrick grew up in Caldwell and attended Seton Hall Preparatory School. He now resides in Warren, New Jersey with his wife, Kara, and their son, James Patrick (“J.P.”).

Kathy is the Market Administrative Officer Associate for the Greater New York Metro Market and brings with over 25 years of experience in the business. In this role, she works closely with the Market Directors supporting the day-to-day business of our Advisors and Associates and is passionate about creating a positive business culture within the Market.

A graduate of St. Francis College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, 9 and 10 licenses

Joe has been with UBS for over 25 years. Prior to joining the Greater NY Metro Market, Joe served in various Operations and Supervisory functions in multiple branches in the Field and Home office. He was also awarded the title of Director for his outstanding service to the firm, and holds his Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 24  and 66 securities licenses along with Life and Health Insurance licenses in NJ. Joe currently resides in New Jersey . In his free time he enjoys traveling, movies, and spending time with his family.

Kevin joined UBS in 2002 after working at ING Furman Selz Capital Management LLC. At ING, his principal function was to support a team of portfolio managers who managed money on a discretionary basis. During his four years at ING, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President and passed his Series 7. In 2002, ING decided to exit the separately managed accounts business and Kevin and the team he supported joined UBS PaineWebber in December of 2002. Since joining UBS, Kevin became fully licensed passing his Series 66, Series 3, Series 9/10, and Life, Variable Annuity/Variable Life licenses.           

In 2010, Kevin was nominated to the UBS OAC Bench Program and was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager of the BT/NE Complex in January 2011. Later that year Kevin was promoted to Operations Manager. In 2014, when UBS decided to consolidate Operations into one operating unit, Kevin joined UBS Private Wealth Management with a planning-based team. In 2024, he changed directions and joined the Supervisory Team.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Music from Indiana University at Bloomington and a Master of Music from DePaul University, Lincoln Park. Born in Ohio, and raised in suburban Chicago, Kevin currently resides in New Jersey with his wife Diane and their sons Jimmy and Jaden. In his free time Kevin enjoys wood working, hiking, cycling and camping.
