Patrick Gardner is a Director at UBS, currently serving as the Market Director for the Warren, NJ office within the Greater New York Metro Market. He leads one of the region’s key branches, where he is responsible for driving growth and setting the strategic direction for a team of more than 40 employees. As a market leader, Patrick is deeply committed to building a culture where individuals and teams are inspired to surpass both personal and professional goals.

Patrick has spent his eight-year career with UBS, most recently as the Associate Market Executive for Northern NJ supporting the growth of over 225 Financial Advisors and their team associates across eight offices in the New Jersey area including Paramus, Florham Park, Short Hills, Warren, Westfield, Princeton, Red Bank and Manasquan.

A New Jersey native, Patrick earned his B.A. in Economics from Fordham University, where he served as captain of the Division I baseball program. He holds the Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses. Patrick grew up in Caldwell and attended Seton Hall Preparatory School. He now resides in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife, Kara, and their son, James Patrick (“J.P.”).

In this role, she works closely with the Market Directors supporting the day-to-day business of our Advisors and Associates and is passionate about creating a positive business culture within the Market.

A graduate of St. Francis College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, 9 and 10 licenses.
