Experience

Weisner recently became the Market Director in the Barrington, Northbrook, and Oakbrook, IL branches in 2025. In his role, he helps deliver the open architecture of the firm to the financial advisors and teams to help them grow their business and serve their clients, all while overseeing the day-to-day management of the three branches.  Prior to this role, he served as the Market Director in the Las Vegas area, an Associate Market Executive for the Greater New England Market, and has also held numerous managerial roles within UBS Home Office. He currently holds his FINRA SIE, Series 3, 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses. He also holds his Certified Exit Planner and Accredited Asset Management Advisor Designations.

Weisner grew up in Berwyn, IL and attended Morton West high school. He graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and minor in Economics while also being a member of the men’s basketball program where he served as captain. He currently lives in the Chicagoland area and enjoys spending his free time playing pickup basketball or golfing when the weather allows it. 

Tess focuses on supporting market wide initiatives and sales practices while serving as the Assistant Market Head of the Chicago Market. Tess has been with UBS for the past eight years spending time both in the field and at UBS Asset Management.  Tess started her career at the 1285 Avenue of the Americas Market in NYC where she supported the administrative processes for Financial Advisors, Team Associates and the entire Management Team.  Prior to her current role, she was the NY Metro Region's Investment Consultant for UBS Asset Management where she partnered with Financial Advisors and their clients to find solutions to help them meet their financial and personal goals.

Tess holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 66 licenses and NY State Life, Health and Accident Insurance Licenses. Tess graduated from Syracuse University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics. Tess is originally from Chicago but has spent much of her professional career in NYC/ NJ area with her husband Joe and her cat Beatrice. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to Italy and visiting wineries in the Finger Lakes of NY.

Kerry is currently Administrative Officer for Northbrook, Oakbrook and Barrington offices in the Midwest Market, and handles all Administrative responsibilities including managing and leading our Client Service Associates. Kerry brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined us from Morgan Stanley in downtown Chicago, where she held a similar position in one of the largest headcount branches in the country (235 employees). She joined Smith Barney, in 2006, and became part of the eventual joint venture with MS.

Kerry received an outstanding education from The Ohio State University Columbus Ohio. Her leadership skills blossomed early as she captained the Buckeye tennis team for three of her four years on the team.

Kerry began her professional career on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) working with commodities, options and S&P traders. She traded bonds off the floor for a few years before moving to an office manager position with a proprietary trading firm where she spent seven years before joining Smith Barney.

Kerry lives in Northbrook with her husband, Andy, and their three children. She enjoys sports, including all things Chicago. In addition to being an active mother and sports fan, Kerry likes to travel and read.

Monica is currently the Branch Office Administrator for the Metro Chicago Barrington branch of UBS Wealth Management Americas. She also serves in a variety of capacities, ranging from the Branch Technology Liaison, the Security Manager and working with the Operations Department. Monica works closely with the Branch Manager and the Advisor Teams making sure that production is always moving forward and she's passionate about helping the teams grow their businesses.

Monica has been with UBS since the early 1990's as a client and joined the firm in 2013 as a Branch Service Associate. Both of her daughters, along with a son-in-law, work for UBS. She has provided leadership for her branch in Community involvement; coordinating events to help people in need. She was recognized as one of the dedicated volunteers on the UBS Season of Service 2015 Wall of Fame. Monica has distinguished herself through her work ethic, her warmth and professionalism with clients and her performance. She also holds the FINRA Series 7 license.

Monica loves spending time with her family and friends.  She has 4 grown children, a grandson, granddaughter and lots of grand puppies. She has a passion for dance since she owned a dance business for 25 years. Recently has taking up kayaking.
