Weisner recently became the Market Director in the Barrington, Northbrook, and Oakbrook, IL branches in 2025. In his role, he helps deliver the open architecture of the firm to the financial advisors and teams to help them grow their business and serve their clients, all while overseeing the day-to-day management of the three branches.  Prior to this role, he served as the Market Director in the Las Vegas area, an Associate Market Executive for the Greater New England Market, and has also held numerous managerial roles within UBS Home Office. He currently holds his FINRA SIE, Series 3, 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses. He also holds his Certified Exit Planner and Accredited Asset Management Advisor Designations.

Weisner grew up in Berwyn, IL and attended Morton West high school. He graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and minor in Economics while also being a member of the men’s basketball program where he served as captain. He currently lives in the Chicagoland area and enjoys spending his free time playing pickup basketball or golfing when the weather allows it.

Sara joined UBS in 2022 as Associate Market Executive for Chicago Private Wealth Management. Prior to joining UBS, Sara was Associate Branch Manager at Baird where she focused on driving firm initiatives and growing the local footprint. Previously, she held a variety of roles at Morgan Stanley including working with the Complex Management Team and as a Complex Risk Officer.

Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Sara graduated from Indiana University. After several years in the city of Chicago, Sara and her husband, Pat, recently moved to Hoffman Estates where they welcomed their son, James.

Monica is currently the Branch Office Administrator for the Metro Chicago Barrington branch of UBS Wealth Management Americas. She also serves in a variety of capacities, ranging from the Branch Technology Liaison, the Security Manager and working with the Operations Department. Monica works closely with the Branch Manager and the Advisor Teams making sure that production is always moving forward and she's passionate about helping the teams grow their businesses.

Monica has been with UBS since the early 1990's as a client and joined the firm in 2013 as a Branch Service Associate. Both of her daughters, along with a son-in-law, work for UBS. She has provided leadership for her branch in Community involvement; coordinating events to help people in need. She was recognized as one of the dedicated volunteers on the UBS Season of Service 2015 Wall of Fame. Monica has distinguished herself through her work ethic, her warmth and professionalism with clients and her performance. She also holds the FINRA Series 7 license.

Monica loves spending time with her family and friends.  She has 4 grown children, a grandson, granddaughter and lots of grand puppies. She has a passion for dance since she owned a dance business for 25 years. Recently has taking up kayaking.
