Experience

Andrew has been with UBS for 6 years and serves as the Branch Manager of the Barrington office. His career at UBS began in the firm's Graduate Training Program, and after 2 years of rotating through various areas of the firm, took on his first assignment as a Business Strategist for one of the first Divisional Directors. Two years later he began his field management career as an Assistant Market Head of the Chicago Market that included offices in Downtown Chicago, Northbrook, Oakbrook, Barrington, Naperville, and Madison, Brookfield & Milwaukee Wisconsin. 

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Andrew graduated from Bucknell University where he earned a B.S. in Economics and was a member of the school’s men’s varsity lacrosse team. He currently resides in Chicago, IL. 

Tess focuses on supporting market wide initiatives and sales practices while serving as the Assistant Market Head of the Chicago Market. Tess has been with UBS for the past eight years spending time both in the field and at UBS Asset Management.  Tess started her career at the 1285 Avenue of the Americas Market in NYC where she supported the administrative processes for Financial Advisors, Team Associates and the entire Management Team.  Prior to her current role, she was the NY Metro Region's Investment Consultant for UBS Asset Management where she partnered with Financial Advisors and their clients to find solutions to help them meet their financial and personal goals.

Tess holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 66 licenses and NY State Life, Health and Accident Insurance Licenses. Tess graduated from Syracuse University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics. Tess is originally from Chicago but has spent much of her professional career in NYC/ NJ area with her husband Joe and her cat Beatrice. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to Italy and visiting wineries in the Finger Lakes of NY.

Kerry is currently Director and Market Administrative Officer – Metro Chicago for UBS Wealth Management Americas.

She handles all Administrative responsibilities for the market area; including managing and leading our Client Service Associates. Kerry brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined us from Morgan Stanley in downtown Chicago, where she held a similar position in one of the largest headcount branches in the country (235 employees). She joined Smith Barney, in 2006, and became part of the eventual joint venture with MS.

Kerry received an outstanding education from The Ohio State University Columbus Ohio. Her leadership skills blossomed early as she captained the Buckeye tennis team for three of her four years on the team.

Kerry began her professional career on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) working with commodities, options and S&P traders. She traded bonds off the floor for a few years before moving to an office manager position with a proprietary trading firm where she spent seven years before joining Smith Barney.

Kerry lives in Northbrook with her husband, Andy, 9-year old twin daughters, Sammi and Lexi, and 10-year old son, Zack. She enjoys sports, including all things Chicago. In addition to being an active mother and sports fan, Kerry likes to travel and read.

Monica is currently the Branch Office Administrator for the Metro Chicago Barrington branch of UBS Wealth Management Americas. She also serves in a variety of capacities, ranging from the Branch Technology Liaison, the Security Manager and working with the Operations Department. Monica works closely with the Branch Manager and the Advisor Teams making sure that production is always moving forward and she's passionate about helping the teams grow their businesses.

Monica has been with UBS since the early 1990's as a client and joined the firm in 2013 as a Branch Service Associate. Both of her daughters, along with a son-in-law, work for UBS. She has provided leadership for her branch in Community involvement; coordinating events to help people in need. She was recognized as one of the dedicated volunteers on the UBS Season of Service 2015 Wall of Fame. Monica has distinguished herself through her work ethic, her warmth and professionalism with clients and her performance. She also holds the FINRA Series 7 license.

Monica loves spending time with her family and friends.  She has 4 grown children, a grandson, granddaughter and lots of grand puppies. She has a passion for dance since she owned a dance business for 25 years. Recently has taking up kayaking.
