Deb serves as Senior Market Director for UBS's Greater Cleveland Market, overseeing the Cleveland Downtown, Westlake, Rocky River, and Pepper Pike branches. A strong advocate for both clients and Financial Advisors, she partners closely with advisors, service teams, and leadership to deliver a world-class wealth management experience.
In her role, Deb focuses on driving organic growth by executing key product and service strategies that generate net new assets and enhance economic profitability. She is deeply committed to connecting clients and Financial Advisors with the full breadth of UBS resources and expertise, leveraging both the firm's capabilities and the strength of her leadership team.
Throughout her extensive career with UBS, Deb has held numerous leadership positions, including Assistant Market Head, Regional Administrative Officer, Assistant Complex Director, and Market Administrative Officer. She holds multiple industry licenses, including Series 7, Series 8, Series 65, and Series 3, as well as licenses for accident and health insurance, variable life insurance, and annuities.
Deb currently serves on the firm's Leadership Advisory Committee, where she helps shape initiatives that impact Financial Advisors and Field Leaders across the organization.

Chris joined UBS in 2026 as the Market Supervisory Officer for the Great Lakes Market, based in Birmingham, Michigan. He brings more than 20 years of financial services industry experience, with a strong background in supervision, risk management, and compliance.
Prior to joining UBS, Chris spent twelve years at Merrill, where he served as a Market Supervision Manager and, previously, as Business Manager and Chief Operating Officer for a large Private Wealth team. Before Merrill, he spent eight years with Charles Schwab in Maitland, Florida, building expertise across a variety of supervisory and operational leadership roles.
A graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, Chris is passionate about fostering a strong culture of risk awareness, regulatory excellence, and client-focused service.
Chris resides in Auburn Hills, Michigan, with his two children and his mini Goldendoodle, Blue.
