Joe Lombardo, a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in wealth management, currently serves as the Market Director of the UBS Florham Park, Short Hills and Westfield Office. A 20-year veteran of UBS, Joe has a proven track record of fostering strong relationships with Financial Advisors and team associates. His leadership journey includes successfully managing the White Plains office from 2012 to 2020 and more recently leading the 1251 Avenue of the Americas office in NYC for two and a half years.
Joe began his career as a Financial Advisor and has held various leadership roles at UBS, including Complex Director and Branch Manager. He also served as Head of Leadership and Future Talent Development, bringing valuable home office experience. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Joe is committed to providing a platform of respect, advocacy, stability, and growth for his teams.

Armando Michelangelo joined UBS in June of 2007 and has made significant contributions to the company ever since. Over the years, he has held several key positions including Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Team Administrator, Assistant Complex Director, and Market Administrative Officer. Before being elevated to Associate Market Executive in New Jersey.
Armando holds various Finra securities licenses, including Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, and 63, as well as a Life, Health, and Annuity license. Armando’s professional qualifications include holding the CRPC® and AAMS designations. His commitment to excellence was recognized firmwide when he received the UBS Leadership Award in 2013 and the Three Keys Culture Award in 2025.

Supervisory Officer
David is the Supervisory Officer for the Florham Park branch. He handles supervisory functions within the branch to help the team stay compliant with industry rules and regulations. He has been in the industry for 23 years, mostly in management working with Advisors to ensure we are deliver top tier service to all clients. Prior to joining the Florham Park Office, David worked at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Market Supervision officer. David has spent his career making sure the Financial Advisors he works with are getting all of the support they need.
David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, 10, and 31 licenses in addition to NJ Life and Health Insurance licenses. David lives in Mine Hill, New Jersey with his wife Christina. In his free time, he enjoys playing the saxophone, tennis and basketball as well as cruising.
Branch Office Administrator
Justin Kroin is the Branch Office Administrator for the Westfield, New Jersey branch. Justin joined the Northern New Jersey Market in January 2024 as a Client Service Associate. Justin works alongside the entire branch management team to help ensure the office operates effectively and efficiently on a day to day basis. His key areas of focus are working closely with Branch management and staff on all business matters and administrative items while managing day to day responsibilities of running the office. Justin attended Penn State University in Pennsylvania and currently resides in Hoboken, New Jersey. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf along with spending time with friends and family.

Sherry is the Market Service Manager for the Northern New Jersey Market. With over 30 years of operational and management experience, Sherry handles the day to day operations of the Westfield Office. She joined PaineWebber as a Sales Assistant with a small branch and held many positions during her tenure including Assistant to the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and Administrative Manager. She joined the Paramus Office in 2008 as a Compliance Analyst and then as an Operations Manager. Sherry has the expertise and has developed relationships in all areas of home office that help her solve the most complex issues for Financial Advisors and Team Associates.
Sherry holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 licenses. Sherry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Douglass College, Rutgers University. Sherry is married with two children and currently resides in Oakland, NJ. In her free time she volunteers with her children's high school
athletics teams fundraisers, spends quality time with her family skiing and playing soccer.
