Monty Holcombe is a Managing Director, Wealth Management, USA, and Market Director in College Station and Tyler. He is the founding and senior member of Holcombe and Associates at UBS Financial Services, Inc. with three decades of experience in wealth management.

An industry veteran, Monty has dedicated his career to providing wealth management strategies for individuals, families, family foundations, business owners, and institutions, in Texas and across the country. Monty works diligently to demystify the investment and planning process by understanding client goals and values, and articulating the key activities needed to accomplish each goal. Most importantly, he focuses on creating long-term, trusting relationships to help his clients manage the complex, multi-generational challenges that accompany significant wealth.

Monty and his team utilize the full range of UBS Financial Services, Inc. resources to tailor investment portfolios and strategies to meet their client’s needs, goals, and objectives.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Monty remains deeply engaged with his alma mater. He serves on the Leadership Council of the Association of Former Students, is a member of the Texas A&M Chancellor’s Century Council, as well as the 12th Man Foundation Champions Council. His commitment to give back extends beyond the university, having served on the boards of the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.

Monty, Texas A&M Class of 1994, and his wife Leslie, ‘97, reside in Bryan and enjoy attending Aggie sporting events. They have two Aggie children, Hayden, ‘21, and Hudson, ‘24. Monty enjoys playing golf with his family and is an avid quail hunter.

Heather Winslow is the Administrative Manager of the Tyler, Texas, Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK offices. She brings to the firm over 20 years industry experience.

Heather was most recently with Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Associate for a Private Wealth Management team serving ultra-high net worth clients. She previously worked at Wells Fargo Advisors as Complex Operations Manager for 13 years. Heather’s well-rounded knowledge of the business in both management and operational service give her a deep understanding of client service excellence and how important a financial advisor’s relationship is with each client.  She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Finance. 

Heather loves a good challenge and finding a solution for both internal and external clients. She enjoys traveling as much as possible, reading and spending time at the lake with family and friends.

Salinda Nowell is a Director and Supervisory Officer for UBS Financial Services, Inc, she currently supervises multiple branches within the Central Texas Market. She began her career in the financial services industry in Dallas; has over 25 years of experience with a strong background in operations, taxable fixed income sales, trading, administration, and compliance.  She has lived and worked in Corpus Christi, Dallas, Denver, and New York City.  Prior to joining UBS, she worked at RW Baird, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns.  

Salinda graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Finance. 

She completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Dallas Baptist University.

Salinda holds the Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 65 and insurance license.

She enjoys her spending time with family and friends in South Texas on the coast.
