Ryan is the Market Executive of the UBS Pacific Northwest Wealth Management Market. Ryan is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the 13 offices and 400+ employees across the states of Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska. As a Market leader, he approaches each day with an intense passion to help people pursue and achieve extraordinary results. He is committed to creating a culture that inspires others to consistently outpace both personal and professional goals. He views challenging environments and complex problems as opportunities to deliver meaningful solutions to both employees and clients alike.

Prior to his current role, Ryan served as Market Director of the UBS Denver office, the flagship branch in the UBS Rockies Market. He is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended West Chester University, where he helped pioneer a reintroduction of their once storied wrestling program, before studying economics and political science at Pennsylvania State University. Ryan currently holds Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses, as well as a Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.

Janna is the Market Supervisory Officer for the Pacific Northwest Market. Her responsibilities include business risk management and compliance. Janna has been in the financial services industry for 37 years.  She began her career at Piper Jaffray Inc. and was there for 22 years before joining UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2006 where she has held several roles including Regional Administrative Officer and Complex Administrative Manager.  Janna holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 8, 63 and 66 as well as her Washington State insurance license.

Janna graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Finance and a minor in Economics.  She currently resides in Edmonds, Washington with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, Janna enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
