Helen Minieri Stacy, CFP®, joined the UBS Southampton office in 2004. She is an Executive Director, Branch Manager and Senior Vice President – Wealth Management. Her responsibilities include supervising the office, as well as, providing holistic wealth management and retirement planning to high net worth individuals, their families and businesses.
Under her leadership, the Southampton office is dedicated to fostering an excellent client experience and partnering with clients to pursue what matters most in their lives through UBS Wealth Way. The branch culture is unique for the financial industry, it focuses on volunteerism and community involvement.
Her professional credentials include being FINRA registered with Series 3,7, 8, 63, and 65 along with life insurance and variable annuity licenses. Her financial career began in 1988 on Wall Street and she relocated to the Hamptons in 1991.
She supports women's initiatives, was the Past President of East End Women's Network (2016-2018) and voted by her peers as 2019 Women of the Year. She supports their annual EEWN Scholarship program.
Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from St. Joseph's College, Brooklyn, New York. Her studies continued at Southampton Campus of Long Island University, where she completed the Certified Financial Planning Program and became a Certified Financial Planner in 2003.
She enjoys being outdoors, playing tennis, golf, kayaking and spending time cooking with her husband and family.

Chrys began her career in the financial services industry as a Branch Manager Assistant with E F Hutton. In 1985 she joined UBS Financial Services Inc., formerly PaineWebber, in the same capacity. Prior to becoming the Senior Branch Office Administrator, Chrys was the Operations Manager. She holds the Series 7, 8, 63, and Insurance Licenses. Chrys dedicates her time to providing an excellent client experience. She attended Suffolk County Community College and resides in Rocky Point, NY with her husband and three sons. Chrys enjoys spending time outdoors camping with her family.

Dennis has been in the financial services industry since 1995. He started his career with TD Ameritrade and held various positions including Registered Representative, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. In 2002 Dennis joined Scottrade Financial Services and for 16 years held the title of Senior Branch Manager where he managed all aspects of operations and sales for the Forest Hills Branch.
Dennis joined UBS in 2018 as the Market Service Manager. He is responsible for managing the daily operational activities and approvals of the five branches across the Long Island Market. He assists in ensuring compliance with firm operational guidelines and policies and supports the branch operational risk and audit process. He holds FINRA Series 4, 24, 8, 7, 66 and 63 licenses.

Shari is the Supervisory Officer for the Long Island Complex at UBS. She is tasked with understanding and incorporating UBS and FINRA guidelines for the Complex. She also resolves account related inquiries from Surveillance, Anti Money Laundering and Compliance.
Shari has over 30 years of industry experience and joined the management team at UBS Financial Services, Inc. in 2008. She began her career in the financial services industry at Prudential Securities and then moved to Morgan Stanley, where she had 18 year tenure. Shari earned her BBA at PACE University, New York City in 1982 with a major in Marketing. She holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 securities licenses as well as NY State life, accident and health insurance license.
Shari is a supporter of the Woman's Prison Association (WPA) which is an alternative to incarceration and she enjoys working out in her spare time. She, her husband David and two daughters Ariel and Gabriel call Long Island their home.
