Ryan is the Market Executive of the UBS Pacific Northwest Wealth Management Market. Ryan is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the 13 offices and 400+ employees across the states of Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska. As a Market leader, he approaches each day with an intense passion to help people pursue and achieve extraordinary results. He is committed to creating a culture that inspires others to consistently outpace both personal and professional goals. He views challenging environments and complex problems as opportunities to deliver meaningful solutions to both employees and clients alike.

Prior to his current role, Ryan served as Market Director of the UBS Denver office, the flagship branch in the UBS Rockies Market. He is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended West Chester University, where he helped pioneer a reintroduction of their once storied wrestling program, before studying economics and political science at Pennsylvania State University. Ryan currently holds Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses, as well as a Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.

Alina Spink is the Executive Assistant for Ryan Rozniakowski and the Pacific Northwest Market. Her responsibilities consist of coordinating schedules, managing confidential information, facilitating market events and ensuring efficient office operations. Alina joined UBS in 2021 and is currently studying for her Series 7 license.

Alina lives in Seattle WA with her dog Sebastian and is a certified scuba diver. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Hannah is the Associate Market Executive for the Pacific Northwest Market. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional focusing on generational financial planning, with an emphasis on creating holistic and comprehensive financial plans to address important priorities. Hannah comes to UBS with a unique background that offers a fresh and diverse perspective on wealth management.

Prior to her career as an advisor, Hannah received her MA from the University of Washington in the field of international studies. During the program, she taught political science courses at the University of Washington and spent summers overseas in Turkey (at Bogazici University) and Azerbaijan (at the Azerbaijan University of Languages) on Departments of State and Education grants. Before her program, she worked in Washington, D.C. on a federally-funded program for study abroad. Hannah received her BA in political science from the University of Washington, during which time she spent a semester at the University of Tuebingen in Germany. She is conversational in Turkish and German, and hold her Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 licenses, and Washington State Life and Disability Insurance licenses.

David Wright is the Administrative Manager for the Pacific Northwest Market and is responsible for the operations, compliance and administrative functions of the Market. David has been in the financial services industry over 10 years and joined UBS in 2016. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington. David also holds FINRA licenses Series 7,66, 9 and 10 as well as Washington State insurance licenses.

David grew up in Jamaica, migrated to the United States in 2000 and currently resides in Bellevue, Washington. He enjoys snowboarding, playing football, hiking and traveling.

Janna is the Market Supervisory Officer for the Pacific Northwest Market. Her responsibilities include business risk management and compliance. Janna has been in the financial services industry for 37 years.  She began her career at Piper Jaffray Inc. and was there for 22 years before joining UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2006 where she has held several roles including Regional Administrative Officer and Complex Administrative Manager.  Janna holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 8, 63 and 66 as well as her Washington State insurance license.

Janna graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Finance and a minor in Economics.  She currently resides in Edmonds, Washington with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, Janna enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
