Jacqueline Kehoe

Jacqueline Kehoe is Executive Director, Silicon Valley Market Director, for UBS Silicon Valley Private Wealth and Wealth Management. Jacqueline brings over 20 years of experience in financial services.  Prior to joining UBS, Jacqueline was the Associate Market Manager at Morgan Stanley for the South Bay Market. Prior to that, she spent 16 years at Merrill Lynch, where she was Director, Senior Market Supervision Manager for the Silicon Valley Market, overseeing risk and business initiatives across three Bay Area markets, and Private Wealth Supervision Manager for San Francisco Private Wealth.

 Jacqueline began her career in mortgage underwriting and rose to senior management, leading teams in Private Label Securities and later became Senior Operations Consultant for Global Technology and Operations.

 Jacqueline holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, 10, and 3 licenses. She earned her Bachelor's degree from UCLA, graduating with cum laude honors, and holds an MBA degree from San Jose State University.

A Bay Area native, Jacqueline and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors with their mini Australian Shepherd, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.

Joan Phinney

Admin Manager

Joni Phinney brings more than 30 years of financial services experience, with deep expertise in branch operations, compliance, and team leadership. As Administrative Officer, she supports multiple branches across the San Francisco Market, helping ensure a consistent, efficient, and client-focused environment.

Joni partners closely with branch leadership to oversee daily operations, develop administrative teams, and maintain high standards of service and regulatory integrity. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to delivering a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.

Barbara Fain

Director

Market Supervisory Officer

Barbara serves as the Market Supervisory Officer for the San Francisco Market. She has been with UBS since 2004 and has over 16 years of management experience in the financial industry.

Throughout her financial career she has held various roles including Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Associate Market Executive and Client Experience Director.  In her current role as Market Supervisory Officer, Barbara is responsible for managing compliance and business risk, as well as implementation and education of firm policies and procedures across the Market. 

Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, dabbling in DIY projects and gardening. She is a graduate of Sierra College with a degree in Business Administration and General Science. She holds her Series 3, 7, 66, 9 and 10 securities licenses and is Insurance licensed.

Sanam Baiani

Branch Office Administrator

From a young age, Sanam Baiani has built her professional life on a foundation of family, entrepreneurship, and a deep commitment to service. She began working in her family business at just 16, gaining early exposure to hands‑on operations, responsibility, and customer care. By 17, with the support of her father, Sanam and her sister launched their own jewelry business, learning to blend creativity with business acumen and developing the entrepreneurial instincts that continue to guide her today.

These early experiences shaped her signature work ethic—resourceful, proactive, and people‑centered. Over the years, Sanam transitioned her skills into the corporate environment, where she now serves as an Office Administrator at UBS in the San Mateo office. In her role, she supports daily operations, facilitates seamless communication across teams, and contributes to the overall client and advisor experience. Her background in running family and small businesses gives her a unique perspective: she approaches every task with ownership, adaptability, and a genuine desire to make work easier for those around her.  She began working at UBS in 2016 after selling her business in Downtown San Francisco.

Sanam Got her bachelor degree in French Literature.

Known for her reliability, warmth, and solution‑oriented mindset, Sanam brings both entrepreneurial spirit and operational excellence to her work—qualities rooted in a lifetime of stepping up, building alongside family, and learning the value of service from the ground up.
