Emily de la Reguera serves as the Market Executive
for the San Francisco Market. In this capacity, she
oversees the Private Wealth Management and
Wealth Management businesses across 16 offices
in Northern California.

Prior to her current role, she was the Market Director for the Silicon Valley
offices at UBS. Having spent 13 years in various roles at UBS, Emily
leverages her extensive knowledge of the firm to bring the best of UBS to
our Wealth Advisors and their clients. Emily has also served as Head of Next
Generation Advisor Development where she was responsible for creating
and driving UBS's strategy to develop the next generation of financial
advisors.

Emily began her career as a member of UBS' Graduate Talent Program
(GTP) where she rotated through six different business areas of the firm.
Upon completion of the program, she served as an Associate Product
Manager for UBS' Securities Backed Lending Group where she helped
manage UBS' credit line and margin portfolio. She has also worked at
BlackRock in the Institutional Client Business where she was responsible for
connecting global counterparts to help deliver congruency in how 200+
relationship managers represent BlackRock's fixed income capabilities.

Emily holds a B.A in International Relations from Colgate University and a
certificate for the Tuck Business Bridge Program from The Tuck School of
Business at Dartmouth College.

Tyler Blaisdell serves as the Associate Market Executive of the San Francisco Bay Area market. In this capacity, he oversees the Private Wealth Management business across 16 offices in Northern California in partnership with Market Executive Emily de la Reguera. Tyler focuses on the delivering the strategic initiatives of the firm to our advisors.

Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate for one of UBS’ top advisors in the Bay Area. He advised on investment decisions and planning strategies, delivered with a high degree of client service. Before this, he operated in a similar capacity supporting 2 senior advisors based in Manhattan. Tyler Began his career as an Associate at AllianceBernstein.

Tyler holds the Series 7, 9, 10, 63 & 65 licenses. He earned a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University and was a member of the Men’s lacrosse team and Tiger Inn.

Irene Stanley is a highly experienced leader in Private Wealth Management, currently serving as Market Director for UBS in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, she co-leads the San Francisco PWM teams alongside Emily De La Reguera and also provides strategic oversight for the Walnut Creek PWM teams. Irene also oversees offices in Mill Valley and Napa, reflecting her ability to navigate both Private Wealth and broader Wealth Management environments. Since joining UBS in 2017, Irene has been instrumental in driving advisor development, fostering high-performing teams, and enhancing the client experience. Her leadership is marked by a collaborative approach, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to supporting advisors in delivering tailored solutions to clients. Prior to UBS, Irene spent nearly 25 years at Morgan Stanley, where she held several leadership roles including Executive Director and Associate Complex Manager. Her tenure was defined by her focus on talent development, risk management, and building strong, trust-based relationships across the organization. Irene also played a key role in mentoring new talent through the Private Wealth Advisor Associate Program. With over three decades of industry experience, Irene brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic insight, and a passion for empowering teams through her leadership at UBS.

Megan Zhang serves as the Executive Team Assistant for the San Francisco Market. With over 13 years of experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced environments. Known for anticipating executive needs, managing complex calendars and coordinating high-stakes meetings across teams. A trusted partner to the Market Executive, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Passionate about fostering strong internal relationships and driving seamless execution of strategic priorities.

Megan holds her series 7 and 66 licenses. She earned a B.A. in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University. On the weekends you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, along with enjoying some Orangetheory Fitness classes.

Jennifer Sales is an Office Administrator with over five years of administrative experience. Since joining UBS in 2021, she has supported the management team at the San Francisco PWM branch by overseeing day‑to‑day administrative operations and serving as a key point of contact for employee HR‑related inquiries.

Prior to joining UBS, Jennifer worked as a Case Assistant/Office Manager at an immigration law firm. She obtained a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

She holds the Series 7 license.
