Experience

Philip serves as the Market Administrative Officer for the San Francisco Market. He has been with UBS since 2016 and has over 18 years of management experience in the financial industry. 

Throughout his financial career he has held various roles including Complex Operations Manager, Compliance Specialist, and Complex Supervisory Officer.  In his current role as Market Administrative Officer, Phil is responsible for managing the Market Team Associate Staff, as well Business Manager across the Market.  

Phil enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth sports. He is a graduate of Heald College with a degree in Business Administration. He holds his Series 3, 7, 66, 9 and 10 securities licenses.

Barbara serves as the Market Supervisory Officer for the San Francisco Market. She has been with UBS since 2004 and has over 16 years of management experience in the financial industry.

Throughout her financial career she has held various roles including Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Associate Market Executive and Client Experience Director.  In her current role as Market Supervisory Officer, Barbara is responsible for managing compliance and business risk, as well as implementation and education of firm policies and procedures across the Market. 

Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, dabbling in DIY projects and gardening. She is a graduate of Sierra College with a degree in Business Administration and General Science. She holds her Series 3, 7, 66, 9 and 10 securities licenses and is Insurance licensed.

Megan Zhang serves as the Executive Team Assistant for the San Francisco Market. With over 13 years of experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced environments. Known for anticipating executive needs, managing complex calendars and coordinating high-stakes meetings across teams. A trusted partner to the Market Executive, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Passionate about fostering strong internal relationships and driving seamless execution of strategic priorities.

Megan holds her series 7 and 66 licenses. She earned a B.A. in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University. On the weekends you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, along with enjoying some Orangetheory Fitness classes.
