Experience

Trey Morse is an Executive Director and Associate Market Executive at UBS.  With more than 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry, Trey is responsible for leading the UBS Plano and Fort Worth markets.

Trey was born and raised in Austin, Texas.  He received in Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration as well as a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. 

After seven years working in various specialties in the Healthcare industry, Trey began his wealth management career with Morgan Stanley in 2002.  Trey’s ability and desire to inspire and lead placed him in various management roles during his tenure at Morgan Stanley. 

Trey is excited about the next chapter in his career, working with and supporting financial advisors at UBS to achieve their desired goals.

Trey’s passion leading teams and supporting clients is only equaled by his dedication to his family.  He and his wife Kathy, live in Frisco, Texas and has three boys, Blake, Brayden and Brooks.

Dean Simmons has been in the wealth management industry since 2018. Dean currently serves as the Administrative Manager for the UBS Plano Branch. He oversees approximately 35 team associates who work closely with the advisors to service our clients.

Dean graduated with a Bachelors in Economics & Minor in Personal Finance Studies from Texas Tech University.

Mike Smith has over 25 years of industry experience. His background in Private Wealth Management, compliance and operations gives him a vast array of experience to draw on. He currently holds the 9/10, 24 licensing and is passionate about his career with UBS. In his personal time, he enjoys writing, spending time with his dogs and gardening.

Kelsye McCausland is a dedicated Branch Office Administrator at UBS Financial Services Inc., based in Plano, TX. With a strong background in administrative management, Kelsye plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch office. Reporting to Dean Simmons, the Administrative Officer, Kelsye is known for her exceptional organizational skills and her ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Kelsye is actively involved in coordinating various branch events and meetings. She has also organized several important gatherings such as the UBS Breakfast meetings and Lunch and Learn sessions. Her proactive approach and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to the team.

In addition to her administrative duties, Kelsye is committed to enhancing the branch's digital presence. She has been instrumental in updating the branch website and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Her efforts in this area have significantly improved the branch's online visibility and customer engagement.

Kelsye's dedication to her role is evident in her willingness to assist colleagues with various tasks, from booking travel arrangements to organizing headshots and team photos. Her friendly and approachable demeanor makes her a go-to person for support and assistance within the branch.
