With 23 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Susan’s unique background which encompasses extensive work with advisors and time as an advisor herself, combined with holding multiple positions within Market leadership, make her a superb partner for her advisor teams. Her deep understanding of UBS, coupled with her hands-on experience and leadership skills, provides an impressive foundation for driving growth and success.

Susan most recently held the position of Associate Market Executive for the Greater California/Nevada Market. Prior to that, she served as the Digital Specialist for the Desert Mountain Market.  Susan began her career with UBS International before moving to Merrill Lynch International and eventually transitioned to a FA with Chase Investments and Oppenheimer & Co. Susan graduated from University of Arizona with degrees in English Literature, Spanish and a Certificate in International Business. She now lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Troy.

Richard Valle is a Supervisory Officer within the Greater California/Nevada Market. He comes to the Market with 14 years of UBS and overall industry experience. Over the course of his career, he has held various leadership positions in Operations, as well as other Supervisory roles, most recently in the West Los Angeles Market. He enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three children, including coaching his boys Little League teams, and traveling.

Mica Lam is an Administrative Manager serving the Pasadena, Sherman Oaks and Las Vegas, NV branches.  In her role, Mica is responsible for managing branch administration, support professionals and providing support to advisor teams in developing optimal client service.  She come to the Market with over 20 years of overall industry experience.  Over the course of her career, she has held various leadership roles in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, First Republic Bank and UBS Financial Services in 2010.

Mica received a dual major in Quantitative Economics Decision Science and General Literature from University of California San Diego.  In her free time, Mica enjoys spending time with family, friends and their Labrador, traveling and exploring new places.
