Ryan Rozniakowski is an Executive Director at UBS, currently serving as the Senior Market Director for Northern New Jersey within the Greater New York Metro Market. He leads the Paramus office, UBS’s flagship branch in New Jersey, where he is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and leading the strategic direction for more than 130 employees.

As a market leader, Ryan brings an intense passion for helping people pursue and achieve extraordinary results. He is deeply committed to fostering a culture that inspires teams to consistently exceed both personal and professional goals. Ryan thrives in complex, high-stakes environments, seeing challenges as opportunities to create meaningful solutions for clients and colleagues alike.

Prior to his current role, Ryan was the Market Executive for the Pacific Northwest Wealth Management Market, overseeing thirteen offices across Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska. Before that, he served as the Private Wealth Market Director for the UBS Denver office within the Rockies Market. Over his ten-year tenure at UBS, Ryan has held various leadership and banking roles, consistently advancing through the organization.

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Pennsylvania State University. He also helped reestablish the wrestling program at West Chester University. He holds Series 3, 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses and has earned a Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.

Roslyn Belande is a strategic, results-driven leader with 28 years of experience in the financial services industry and a strong background in branch operations, advisor transition support, Private Wealth Management, international operations, and market administration. Throughout her career, she has focused on building high-performing teams, improving business processes, supporting sound risk management practices, and fostering environments where advisors, clients, and colleagues receive responsive, professional, and consistent support.

Roslyn is recognized for her hands-on leadership style, strong communication skills, collaborative approach, and ability to navigate complex operational and regulatory matters through practical, data-informed solutions. She is passionate about mentoring and developing talent, promoting accountability, and partnering across teams to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen the advisor and client experience, and support overall business objectives.

Her career includes leadership roles with UBS Financial Services, Citi Private Bank, Wells Fargo, and Prudential Securities, where she developed extensive expertise in branch operations, compliance oversight, audit coordination, policy and procedure management, recruitment, coaching, and professional development. Roslyn is particularly committed to helping teams perform at their highest level while maintaining a culture of service excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Roslyn holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 9, and 10 registrations. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, Kevin, and their children. These experiences help keep her grounded and provide a broader perspective that she brings to her leadership, decision-making, and professional relationships each day.

Sherry is the Market Service Manager for the Northern New Jersey Market. With over 30 years of operational and management experience, Sherry handles the day to day operations of the Paramus Office. She joined PaineWebber as a Sales Assistant with a small branch and held many positions during her tenure including Assistant to the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and Administrative Manager. She joined the Paramus Office in 2008 as a  Compliance Analyst and then as an Operations Manager. Sherry has the expertise and has developed relationships in all areas of home office that help her solve the most complex issues for Financial Advisors and Team Associates.

Sherry holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 licenses. Sherry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Douglass College, Rutgers University. Sherry is married with two children and currently resides in Oakland, NJ. In her free time she volunteers with her children's high school
athletics teams fundraisers, spends quality time with her family skiing and playing soccer.

Dan has over 25 years of experience in Wealth Management and began his career at Merrill Lynch before joining UBS in 2021.  Prior to moving into a Supervisory role at Merrill, he was a Team Associate working with a large team.  He understands how important it is to partner with advisors and team associates to achieve the best outcome for your clients and for your business. Dan is originally from Oakland but later moved and grew up in the Poconos.  He currently resides in Collingswood, NJ, with his son (13) and daughter (9).  In their free time, Dan and his family enjoy the outdoors, games and jigsaw puzzles, listening to music, and trying new foods.  Dan is also an Eagle Scout.
