Experience

Donte is the Administrative Manager for the Paramus Office. In this role he is primarily responsible for the growth and continued advancement of 30+ team associates. Passionate about individuals and their continued success, Donte strives to ensure each team associate reaches their full potential. In addition to managing the support staff, Donte is involved in the day-to-day businesses of our Financial Advisor Teams.

Donte joined UBS in 2015 working in Operations and our back-office support group. Prior to joining the Paramus office, Donte was a Financial Advisor in our Wealth Advice center where he spoke with clients and met different sales, new money, and planning goals. Before joining UBS Donte worked at Northwestern Mutual for two years as a financial advisor representative advising on life insurance, disability insurance and Long-Term Care.

Donte is a New Jersey native from Clifton, NJ and currently lives in West New York, NJ. Donte earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. Donte holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 licenses. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, watching/playing various sports and traveling. Donte also volunteers at the Clifton Boys and Girls club where he spent most of his childhood.

Sherry is the Market Service Manager for the Northern New Jersey Market. With over 30 years of operational and management experience, Sherry handles the day to day operations of the Paramus Office. She joined PaineWebber as a Sales Assistant with a small branch and held many positions during her tenure including Assistant to the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and Administrative Manager. She joined the Paramus Office in 2008 as a  Compliance Analyst and then as an Operations Manager. Sherry has the expertise and has developed relationships in all areas of home office that help her solve the most complex issues for Financial Advisors and Team Associates.

Sherry holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 licenses. Sherry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Douglass College, Rutgers University. Sherry is married with two children and currently resides in Oakland, NJ. In her free time she volunteers with her children's high school
athletics teams fundraisers, spends quality time with her family skiing and playing soccer.

Dan has over 25 years of experience in Wealth Management and began his career at Merrill Lynch before joining UBS in 2021.  Prior to moving into a Supervisory role at Merrill, he was a Team Associate working with a large team.  He understands how important it is to partner with advisors and team associates to achieve the best outcome for your clients and for your business. Dan is originally from Oakland but later moved and grew up in the Poconos.  He currently resides in Collingswood, NJ, with his son (13) and daughter (9).  In their free time, Dan and his family enjoy the outdoors, games and jigsaw puzzles, listening to music, and trying new foods.  Dan is also an Eagle Scout.

Mary has over 15 years experience in the financial industry, joining UBS in 2022 as the Branch Office Administrator.  She works closely with all members of the Branch Management team ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively, focusing on the day-to-day administrative requirements of the branch as well as providing technical support as the Branch Technology Liaison.

Mary graduated from Baruch College with a BBA in Finance.  She currently resides in Rockland County, New York with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors, walking, hiking and gardening.
