Suzann serves as the Market Director for the Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart and Vero Beach offices of UBS.  Prior to becoming the Market Director, Suzann held various positions at UBS including Branch Manager, Assistant Market Head, Sales Manager and Regional Development Officer.  Before UBS, she was a Financial Advisor at a competitor firm for eight years.

Professional History

Suzann has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her broad and diverse background in client acquisition, personal development, business growth and strategy are invaluable when helping Financial Advisors and their clients achieve their long-term goals. She is proud to connect clients to the global resources of UBS. In addition, she serves as a coach to the advisors she works with to help them create a vision for their team and a plan to execute that vision.

Education and Personal Information

Suzann holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Florida with dual major in Finance and Marketing. She also has her Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University with a focus in Financial Planning.  She holds several industry licenses including FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 9/10 and Life, Health, Variable Annuity.  

Suzann, her husband Cory and their three children, Colin, Adison and Ava live in Delray Beach, FL.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography and traveling.

Antonio is an Associate Market Executive for the Florida Market. Antonio is a results-oriented Associate Market Executive, overseeing the Florida Market. He drives business development, implements sales growth plans, and develops coaching programs for financial advisors to enhance their professional growth. Antonio manages escalated issues, including financial, reputational, and compliance risks. He also supports financial advisor recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Previously, as Client Experience Director, Antonio streamlined processes to improve client and advisor experiences.

Antonio began his career with Merrill Lynch in 2006, advanced into leadership roles, and joined UBS in 2015. He holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Management from Northwood University.

Sandra Wagner serves as a Director and Market Administrative Officer for the Florida Market at UBS Financial Services. Sandra has held several roles at the firm and has a wealth of experience in various capacities. Sandra maintains her Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses.

She is also an active member of her community and finds joy in spending time with her husband and adult children. Outside of work, Sandra loves traveling, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Charlie serves as the Administrative Officer for the West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart and Vero Beach offices of UBS.  Prior to becoming the Administrative Officer, Charlie held various positions at UBS including Supervisory Officer, Operations Manager and Processing Center Manager.  Before UBS, he was a Client Service Associate and Financial Advisor for eight years.

Charlie has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry serving in roles across the country including Michigan, Illinois, California and now Florida.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University with a concentration in Corporate Finance and several industry licenses including FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 9, 10 and Florida Life Health and Variable Insurance.

Charlie lives with his husband T.A. in Royal Palm Beach, FL.  In his spare time, he enjoys travel, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
