Market Executive
Brendan Graham is an Executive Director and the Market Executive for the Mid-Atlantic Market at UBS. He is responsible for 11 branch offices and currently oversees approximately 255 financial advisors. The business encompasses the High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth segments in Washington, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. He is based in Washington, D.C.
In his role as Market Executive, Brendan brings together the firm’s best-in-class resources, talent, and capabilities to create and sustain success for clients in the Americas. By combining the client focus of a boutique firm with the footprint, strength, and expertise of the world’s only truly global wealth manager, UBS is committed to being the office of choice for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and the financial advisors who serve them.
Brendan’s career at UBS began in 2012 in the firm’s Graduate Talent Program. After two years of rotating through various areas of the firm, he took on his first assignment as a strategist on the Private Wealth Management Leadership Team. Four years later, he began his field management career as an Assistant Market Head, where he served for two years before becoming Branch Manager of the Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Hunt Valley, and Charlotte PWM offices. He was appointed Market Director of the Washington, D.C. wealth management business in 2023, where he was responsible for leading Washington, D.C. Wealth Management and co-leading Private Wealth Management as the Market Director.
Originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., Brendan graduated magna cum laude with honors in business from Tulane University. He holds his Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, Series 10, and Series 3 licenses with FINRA. Outside of the office, Brendan currently serves as the chair of the finance committee for Washington Project for the Arts, a nonprofit arts organization founded in 1975 and dedicated to supporting artists in the Washington, D.C. area. He is also the national executive sponsor for the UBS Young Professionals Network.
Brendan and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Bethesda, Maryland, and enjoy playing tennis, golf, reading, and trying out new restaurants in their spare time.

Patricia is the Senior Market Director of multiple branches in the Greater Philadelphia area. Her oversight includes Philadelphia Downtown, Conshohocken, Newtown, Princeton and Northfield Wealth Management branches. Known for her proactive client focus, she serves as an advocate and partners with Financial Advisors and service support teams to deliver world class wealth management client experience. She partners with leadership to help foster a culture of connectivity between the firm and the Financial Advisors. Her primary responsibility is to help drive organic growth with a focus on the tactics to execute on key products and services that lead to net new money gains in enhanced economic profit. She prides herself on bringing the best and deepest resources to serve the clients' and Financial Advisors' needs, both through the strength of UBS and the human capital of her leadership team.
Patricia is currently on the Leadership Advisory Committee, where she helps shape important initiatives impacting Financial Advisors and Field Leaders.
Her prior experience includes multiple facets of branch administration as well as client and advisor engagement. Those roles include being the Assistant Market Head in the Park Avenue Market, NYC; Head of Teaming and Succession Planning; and Experienced Advisor Recruiting groups at UBS.
Patricia joined UBS in 2012 from Merrill Lynch, where she spent the prior many years leading Advisor Recruitment and Integration efforts. In her career at Merrill Lynch, she held management positions where she was responsible for Recruiting Business Managements, FA Compensation and numerous field facing roles.
She lives in Manalapan, NJ with her husband Jeffrey and their 2 children, Aiden and Liam.

Arlene began her career at PaineWebber in January of 1989 after relocating from Ireland. She spent the next 20 plus years as the Operations Manager for the Southern NJ office. She is now the Branch Office Administrator, responsible for Human Resources Processing, Technology, and Branch Finances. She also assists with general administration and supervisory functions. Her licenses include the series 7, 66, 9, 10, and NJ Life and Health Insurance.
In her free time she enjoys reading, traditional Irish music and dance, cooking, and long walks on the beach. Arlene resides in Egg Harbor Township.

Marion began her career in the financial services industry with E.F. Hutton in 1977. She held several positions at E.F Hutton before joining Salomon Brothers in 1985. In 1989 she relocated to southern New Jersey and began working at Prudential Securities before joining PaineWebber in 1991.
Marion was the Operations Manager for the Mt. Laurel Office and the Southern New Jersey Complex for over 20 years. She is now the Branch Office Administrator for the Mount Laurel and Northfield offices. She is responsible for Human Resource Processing, Technology and Branch Finances. She also assists with general administrative and supervisory functions. Her licenses include the series 7, 66, 9, and 10.
Marion resides in West Deptford with her husband Pablo.
