Joe Lombardo, a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in wealth management, currently serves as the Market Director of the UBS Florham Park, Short Hills and Westfield Office. A 20-year veteran of UBS, Joe has a proven track record of fostering strong relationships with Financial Advisors and team associates. His leadership journey includes successfully managing the White Plains office from 2012 to 2020 and more recently leading the 1251 Avenue of the Americas office in NYC for two and a half years.

Joe began his career as a Financial Advisor and has held various leadership roles at UBS, including Complex Director and Branch Manager. He also served as Head of Leadership and Future Talent Development, bringing valuable home office experience. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Joe is committed to providing a platform of respect, advocacy, stability, and growth for his teams.

Joe resides in Fairfield, NJ, with his wife and three children, and is excited to bring his extensive experience back to the local NJ market.

Armando Michelangelo joined UBS in June of 2007 and has made significant contributions to the company ever since. Over the years, he has held several key positions including Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Team Administrator, Assistant Complex Director, and Market Administrative Officer. Before being elevated to Associate Market Executive in New Jersey.

Armando holds various Finra securities licenses, including Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, and 63, as well as a Life, Health, and Annuity license. Armando’s professional qualifications include holding the CRPC® and AAMS® designations. His commitment to excellence was recognized firmwide when he received the UBS Leadership Award in 2013 and the Three Keys Culture Award in 2025.

David is the Supervisory Officer for the Florham Park branch. He handles supervisory functions within the branch to help the team stay compliant with industry rules and regulations. He has been in the industry for 23 years, mostly in management working with Advisors to ensure we are deliver top tier service to all clients.  Prior to joining the Florham Park Office, David worked at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Market Supervision officer.  David has spent his career making sure the Financial Advisors he works with are getting all of the support they need.

David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, 10, and 31 licenses in addition to NJ Life and Health Insurance licenses. David lives in Mine Hill, New Jersey with his wife Christina. In his free time, he enjoys playing the saxophone, tennis and basketball as well as cruising. 

Krista Mills is the Executive Team Assistant for the Northern New Jersey Market. Krista joined UBS in 2007 as a Client Service Associate and transitioned into her current role in 2012.  Krista works alongside the entire branch management team to help ensure the office operates effectively and efficiently on a day to day basis.  Her key areas of focus are working closely with the Branch Manager and the Administrative Manager on all business matters and administrative items as well as managing the day to day responsibilities of running the office.

Krista attended Berkeley College in West Paterson, New Jersey. Krista resides in Andover, New Jersey with her husband Chris and son Chase. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors, and being with her family and friends.

Joe has been with UBS for over 25 years. Prior to joining the Greater NY Metro Market, Joe served in various Operations and Supervisory functions in multiple branches in the Field and Home office. He was also awarded the title of Director for his outstanding service to the firm, and holds his Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 24  and 66 securities licenses along with Life and Health Insurance licenses in NJ. Joe currently resides in New Jersey . In his free time he enjoys traveling, movies, and spending time with his family.

Krystal Blye-Branch brings over 36 years of experience in the financial industry, with a career marked by dedication, adaptability, and deep expertise. She began her journey in banking in 1988, building a strong foundation in client service and operations through more than a decade in the sector. In 1999, Krystal advanced her career by joining PaineWebber, where she continued to expand her skills and knowledge.

For the past 26 years, Krystal has been a valued member of UBS, serving in multiple capacities including Team Associate, Branch Tech Liaison, Service Associate, and Branch Office Associate. Her commitment to excellence and her collaborative approach has made her a trusted resource for colleagues and clients alike.

Krystal is recognized for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to foster positive relationships across the organization. She partners closely with top collaborators and consistently delivers exceptional support to high-net-worth individuals and families

Sotirios works is the Branch Service Associate in the Florham Park UBS, where he supports daily operations and delivers reliable services to clients and office. He joined UBS in 2024 after ten years in retail banking, bringing strong experience in branch operations, problem solving, and frontline client support.

Sotirios is a graduate from Montclair State University. In his free time, he enjoys world travel, hiking, and spending time with family.
