Market Executive
Julie is the Market Executive in our Private Wealth Management business. She is responsible for running the Wealth Management and Private Wealth Management businesses in Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and surrounding areas, as well as the Private Wealth Management business across the Mid Atlantic Market.
Previously, she served as National Sales Manager and led our sales effort for both the Field Sales team and the sales organization. She was responsible for the sales strategy and direction of all field-facing resources both internally and externally to ensure consistency across our sales efforts in how we deliver products and solutions to Financial Advisors and clients.
A 20-year veteran of UBS, Julie was instrumental in launching the UBS Global Family Office Group, a unique offering in the industry serving the needs of UHNW clients and their Advisors. Julie spent five years in the field in key branch roles including the Metro Regional Sales Manager. She also has seven years of experience in our Capital Markets group leading an array of teams and businesses. Additionally, Julie served as the management liaison between the FA Advisory Council and home office, and is a former co-chair for the firm's Diversity Network (All Bar None) in the Americas.
Julie led the efforts to start a 100 Women in Finance location in Philadelphia where she is the Co-chair. She also sits on the board of the Philadelphia Holocaust Remembrance Foundation. She was selected to be one of the Makers@ Community Class of 2020 on behalf of UBS. Julie is also a member of the Philadelphia chapter of CEOs Against Cancer.
Julie played collegiate Division I tennis at Lehigh University. She holds her executive M.B.A. from Fordham University. Julie, her husband Stephen, and sons Mason and Logan live in Villanova, Pennsylvania.

David is a highly accomplished Senior Manager in the field of Wealth Management, with an impressive 30-year career characterized by a consistent record of success. For the past 26 years, David has dedicated his expertise to Wells Fargo Wealth Management & its predecessor firms. David held key positions in Private Client Management in prominent locations such as New York City, Stuart, Florida, Yardley, PA, and Philadelphia.
Before joining UBS, David served as the Market Leader for Wells Fargo in the Philadelphia area. In this pivotal role, he skillfully led a team of eight Managers & 250 Financial Advisors, driving their collective success and ensuring exceptional client service. David's strategic direction, mentorship, & unwavering support have been instrumental in fostering excellence among his team members.
David possesses an in-depth understanding of the intricate nuances of Wealth Management. He believes in empowering advisors to deliver comprehensive financial planning & investment strategies that address the unique needs of each client. By prioritizing client-centric solutions, he consistently achieves outstanding & outcomes client satisfaction.
Beyond his professional achievements, David is a passionate advocate for community engagement & philanthropic initiatives. In 2022, he actively participated in a house building initiative in North Philadelphia, demonstrating his commitment to improving the lives of others. He is involved in organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House & the Methodist Home for Children, contributing time & resources to support their valuable work. Additionally, he has volunteered extensively at Philabundance, furthering his dedication to combating hunger & poverty in the community.
In his personal life, he resides in King of Prussia & enjoys spending weekends in Brigantine, NJ, alongside wife, Regina, his six grandkids, & his trusty bird dog, Sienna. He finds joy in boating, hunting, & cheering on the Villanova basketball team.

Before joining UBS in 2021, I spent 17 years at Merrill Lynch. The last 10 of those years at Merrill, I was one of the Office Management Team members responsible for the day to day business oversight and supervision performed by registered associates in the Charlotte & Associates Market.
Before Merrill, I served 12 years in the U. S. Army and VA ARNG. After my first stent in the Army, I graduated from Radford University with a BBA.
I am big Virginia Tech and Dallas Cowboy football fan. I am married to Caresse Blevins, she has a daughter and a son, both of whom are in college. I have a 14 year old son attending Ft. Mill High School. We reside in Ft. Mill where we enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing/snowboarding, and camping. I also enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Sheila has been in the financial industry over for 40 years. She started at a small family brokerage firm, then worked at Merrill Lynch & Daiwa Securities America before starting with PaineWebber in 1984.
She has been a TA & BSA before moving into operational management. She holds series 7,9,10, 66 and PA Insurance licenses.
She lives in Deptford, NJ with her husband, a crazy Cocker Spaniel with heterochromia named Bowie & 4 cats.
