Ryan is the Market Director for UBS Financial Services' Newport Beach office. His role is to work with Financial Advisors and their teams in developing business strategy as well as providing access to the tools and intellectual capital they need to better serve their clients. Ryan is passionate about finding creative solutions to solve the ever-expanding sophistication and complexity of client needs.

He began his career in financial services in UBS' Beverly Hills office in 2008 and has held various roles in the firm before being promoted to Market Director in January of 2023. Ryan served in the Assistant Market Head role from 2019 thru 2022 until his promotion. Prior to these leadership roles, he was the Market Supervisory Officer for UBS' West LA and Los Angeles Markets, where he worked with large advisor teams to manage risk and find solutions to complex issues for some of the firm's wealthiest clients.

Ryan graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration. Fight on! He was born in New Jersey and currently resides in Newport Beach. Ryan holds his 3, 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses.

Rodelyn Kupfersmid is a distinguished financial services professional with more than 30 years of expertise in wealth management and client relationship management. Her career encompasses positions at leading institutions including Ameriprise, Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab, and Merrill Lynch. Born in Seattle but raised in California, Rodelyn has spent the majority of her career in the San Francisco Bay Area, while also broadening her perspective through professional experience in Washington state and Alaska. This diverse background affords her a comprehensive understanding of client needs across various markets.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in management from St. Mary’s College of California and an MBA in Management from the University of Arizona. Rodelyn maintains Series 7, 63, 65, 9, and 10 securities licenses, and holds a California life and health insurance license. Proud of her Filipino American heritage, she currently resides in Orange County and works in Newport Beach. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Rodelyn is passionate about spending time with her family, experiencing Southern California’s coastal amenities, culinary pursuits, world travel, and contributing to her community through service initiatives.

Chris is a Supervisory Officer for the Pacific Desert Market. In this role, Chris is responsible for supervising and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, guiding Financial Advisors and their team to meet compliance and risk requirements, and monitoring overall risk functions for the branches he oversees.

Chris started his career in the financial services industry with UBS in 2017 after graduating from the University of California, Irvine. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Client Service Associate in the UBS Newport Beach and Irvine offices and then moved to Los Angeles to accept a position as Supervisory Manager with J.P. Morgan. He rejoined UBS in 2022.

In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling with his wife to Tahoe for skiing, cycling, and hiking.

Michael Giuntini is a Associate Market Executive in the Pacific Desert Market of UBS.  As an AME, Michael is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our business at a market level and partnering closely with Financial Advisors, Team Associates, and local leadership to help solve problems, deliver results, and win business.  Based in Newport Beach, CA, Michael is a resource for the entire market footprint, with primary responsibility for our Orange County, San Diego, and Hawaii businesses.

Prior to this role, Michael was Administrative Officer in the Pacific Desert Market, where he oversaw client service and business operations for the Newport Beach and Brea offices.  In his role, he collaborated closely with Team Associates, Financial Advisors, and Market Management to deliver UBS’s full suite of products and services to their clients.  He also brings additional depth to this role through his prior supervisory and operations experience.  In 2018, he joined UBS as a Supervisory Officer, where he partnered with Financial Advisors and their teams to manage business risk and regulatory compliance, while also supporting business growth.  Prior to UBS, Michael spent four years at Wells Fargo Advisors in their Los Angeles market, where he coordinated branch operations and client service in their Westwood office.  Acting as a key liaison between Financial Advisor teams and home office partners, he focused on resolving time-sensitive requests and supporting Financial Advisors and their high-net-worth clients.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designee.  Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Michael lives in Orange County, CA, with his wife (Lauryn) and son (Noah).  He enjoys travelling, competing in endurance races, and finding opportunities to cheer on his hometown sports teams.
