    Justin Frame is an Executive Director who serves at the Market Head for Southern California. The business consists of, La Jolla, Carmel Valley, Downtown San Diego, Redlands, Riverside, Indian Wells, Honolulu, Irvine, and Newport Beach . He oversees approximately 170 Financial Advisors who manage over $34 billion in client assets and is focused on maintaining our position as one of the most productive markets in Southern California. Our local roots allow us to always stand in service to our Financial Advisors and their clients. Justin is active in his community serving on several local boards including Advisors in Philanthropy and Working Wardrobes

    Before taking on his current role with UBS Global Wealth Management he spent the last 25 years with Morgan Stanley. He held several roles there including Branch & Complex Manager, Regional COO and Family Wealth Advisor. As a former successful Financial Advisor for 14 years, he understands the unique relationship between Advisors and their clients. He supports that relationship by providing an open architecture of products and services, which allows our Advisors freedom of choice

    His focus is on promoting a culture of excellence centered on trust-based advisor-client relationships while delivering innovative, top-notch investment solutions to help meet our clients’ complex needs. He is committed to adding client value and helping our Financial Advisors to grow their businesses

          Ryan is the Assistant Market Head for UBS Financial Services' Los Angeles / Orange County Market. He is charged with helping to develop business strategy, coordinating Market events and working with internal and external partners to give advisors access to the tools and intellectual capital they need to better serve their clients. He began his career in financial services in UBS' Beverly Hills office in 2009 and has held various roles in the firm before being promoted to Assistant Market Head in September of 2019. Prior to his current role, he was the Market Supervisory Officer for UBS' West LA and Los Angeles Markets, where he worked with large advisor teams to manage risk and find solutions to complex issues for some of the firm's wealthiest clients.


          Ryan graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration. He was born in New Jersey and currently resides in Downtown LA. Ryan holds his 3, 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses and is registered in all 50 states.

                Michael Giuntini is a Supervisory Officer for the Los Angeles/Orange County Market.  Prior to this role, Michael spent the previous 4 years at Wells Fargo Advisors working for their Los Angeles market.  At Wells Fargo, Michael was responsible for coordinating branch operations and client service in the Westwood branch. Serving as a liaison between Financial Advisors teams and various home office contacts, Michael problem solves and manages a number of time sensitive requests to help service high net worth client's financial needs.  

                Michael received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and is currently pursuing his Master's in Business Administration at the University of Southern California.

                      Lynn Hunter serves as the Market Administrative Officer for the Southern California Market. Lynn has served in a variety of roles in the financial services industry, including Regional Business Initiatives Manager, Regional Operational Risk Manager, and Operations/Project Manager with Wells Fargo Private Bank,  Business Service Manager, Complex Administrator, and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley, Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator for La Jolla Trading/West Coast Options Fund and chartist and research analyst for Dow Theory Letters.

                      Lynn focuses on developing collaboration within teams. She enjoys helping Wealth Management Teams to meet service excellence standards by focusing on the importance of enhanced client-centric service, and by staying well-informed on the industry as it changes. A relationship-driven manager, she believes strongly in coaching people to find their strengths, identifying challenges and opportunities to grow, and ongoing mentoring. Very comfortable in the digital world, Lynn enjoys helping others move forward with new technologies, recognizing their value and how to manage interpersonal relationships using them, while at the same time respecting the roots and traditions of the service business. She works closely with team members to bring them up to the next level while running their businesses efficiently, effectively, and confidently.

                      Lynn was raised in La Jolla, California, and is a graduate of La Jolla High School. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego and holds FINRA Series licenses 7, 9, 10, 66; NFA Series 3; and California Insurance License #0D05717.  Lynn lives in La Jolla with her husband Jim, and enjoys the coastal lifestyle, kayaking, hiking, gardening and the practice of yoga and meditation.

                            Alan Watson is the Market Supervisory Officer for the Pacific Desert Market. This is the same role he previously held with Greater LA Market upon his arrival with the Firm in February, 2016. Prior to his current tenure with the Firm, Alan joined the Firm from Morgan Stanley in Denver, CO. At Morgan Stanley, Alan was the Complex Risk Officer, and was primarily responsible for ensuring and supervising compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, assisting Financial Advisors in meeting their risk and compliance needs, and monitoring and managing the overall risk functions for the branch location/complex he was a part of.

                             Alan studied at Bellevue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and prior to his education, Alan spent four years serving in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Hopper out of Pearl Harbor, HI.

                             Alan has over twenty-three years of experience in the financial services industry; He began his career as a New Accounts Specialist with Kirkpatrick, Pettis, in Omaha, NE. He was promoted to the position of Senior Operations Technician, where he was responsible for both trade and options balancing. Alan then joined the Morgan Stanley Dean Witter team as a Registered Sales Assistant before moving to Citi Smith Barney. While at Citi Smith Barney, he acquired the role of Operations Manager for the Orange, CA branch location, until it's closure in late 2009. In early 2010, he was promoted to Complex Risk Officer in for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Denver, CO.

                            When Alan is not working he enjoys spending time with his 8 year old son, taking on the occasional hike, playing a round of (bad) golf, catching a good movie, and watching college football.

                                  Introduction
                                  Casey works with high net worth clients to help develop estate plans that achieve personal goals, while simultaneously leveraging their gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax exemptions to preserve and protect family wealth. Casey also helps review clients' current estate plans and coordinates with clients' advisors to ensure each client's estate planning goals are being achieved in a tax efficient manner.

                                  Prior to joining UBS, Casey practiced law with the law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Los Angeles, CA, focusing on estate and tax planning for high-net worth individuals.

                                  Casey received his B.A. in Political Science from UCLA, and his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law.
