Experience

H.W. 'Buddy' Buzzerd III is an Executive Director and Market Director in Southern New Jersey for UBS Financial Services.  He is a native of Falls Church, VA and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gettysburg College in 1988.

He entered the financial services business in 1988 with Legg Mason in Baltimore, MD.  In 1995 he joined Morgan Stanley, where he served as a Financial Advisor and later as Branch Manager in Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore, MD.  He then worked at Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. in management roles in that firm's Baltimore and Washington, DC locations. He joined UBS Financial Services in 2008 in Hunt Valley, MD and has served as Market Director in Southern New Jersey since November of 2011.  He also proudly serves UBS clients as a member of a Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Management Team for 2022.

He currently holds his FINRA Series 3, Series 7, Series 8, Series 31, and Series 66 licenses in addition to his New Jersey Life and Health Insurance licenses.  He is proud to have earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™, or CFP ®, designation in 2019.

He is married to wife Cecile. They live in Haddonfield, NJ and share three wonderful children.  He is active in his local community in various volunteer capacities. He’s an avid reader and among his favorite activities are cycling, fitness, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends at the Jersey Shore.

With over 37 years of industry experience, and 10 years here at UBS, Nancy brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and passion for what she does.  In her role, she serves as an advocate and partner to the financial advisors and team associates that deliver complete wealth management for our clients as well as supporting the team associates in their growth, performance, and career path within the industry and with UBS.

Prior to the joining UBS, Nancy worked for Smith Barney / Morgan Stanley for 20+ years in many roles such as Client Service Associate, Operations Manager, as well as Administrative Manager.   

Nancy and her husband Thomas live in Southern NJ and have 2 children, Thomas and Caitlyn, a daughter-in-law Cynthia and two beautiful granddaughters Penelope Harper and Josephine Rose.

She enjoys spending time with her family at home and at the Jersey Shore.

Dean began his career in the financial services industry in 2017 at Morgan Stanley. He worked as a Client Service Associate for 5 years prior to transitioning over to UBS in 2022 to work as a Branch Service Associate. He is a native of Cherry Hill, NJ and earned a bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University in 2019. He currently holds the FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Series 9, and Series 10 licenses. Dean and his high school sweetheart reside in Audubon, NJ. He enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time in Ocean City, NJ. He is a big football and Formula 1 fan.

Marion began her career in the financial services industry with E.F. Hutton in 1977.  She held several positions at E.F Hutton before joining Salomon Brothers in 1985.  In 1989 she relocated to southern New Jersey and began working at Prudential Securities before joining PaineWebber in 1991.

Marion was the Operations Manager for the Mt. Laurel Office and the Southern New Jersey Complex for over 20 years.  She is now the Branch Office Administrator for the  Mount Laurel and Northfield offices.  She is responsible for Human Resource Processing, Technology and Branch Finances.  She also assists with general administrative and supervisory functions.  Her licenses include the series 7, 66, 9, and 10.

Marion resides in West Deptford with her husband Pablo.
