Sara Perez Barrett is the Branch Manager for the UBS Memphis and Little Rock Offices. In her role, she serves as an advocate and partner to our financial advisors and support staff to deliver comprehensive wealth management advice for our clients.

Sara first joined UBS in New York City in 2012 in the firm’s banking business. From 2013 to 2015, she worked with various roles as part of the Graduate Talent Program including Private Wealth Management Strategy, Alternative Investment Sales, Advisory Solutions, and Equity Research. In 2015, she joined the US division of UBS' Chief Investment Office (CIO) as a strategist covering the municipal bond market.

Sara moved to Nashville in 2017 to help lead our wealth management business across Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana and Arkansas as an Assistant Market Head. Sara is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where she received a B.A. cum laude in Economics, History and Spanish. She currently resides in Germantown, TN with her husband Thomas and their dog Murphy.

Alan is the Supervisory Officer for the South Central Market which includes Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Alan has been with UBS (and its predecessor PaineWebber) since 1991. In his current role as Supervisory Officer, Alan is responsible for managing risk and compliance. Alan strives to partner with Financial Advisors and Support Teams in mitigating risk within their practice with a focus on protecting clients, employees, and UBS.

Alan graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a major in Economics. He currently holds Series 7, Series 4, Series 8, Series 24, Series 27, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses with FINRA along with Tennessee Insurance licenses for Variable Life and Variable Annuity, Accident & Health and Life.

Ephraim Okeke

Ephiram Okeke is a native of Jackson, MS. Ephraim graduated from Western Illinois University with two bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science with minors in business and economics. He was also a member of Western Illinois University's Men’s soccer team that went on to win 2 Conference Championships and compete in 2 NCAA tournaments.

Ephraim Okeke started his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch in Springfield, IL in 2017. In 2019, Ephraim decided to move back south to Memphis to be closer to family. He began a career at Raymond James as a financial advisor in their home office, before eventually moving over to UBS in February of 2021 as the Wealth Planning Associate. In his role, Ephraim covers the states of LA, TN, AR, and KY.

In his spare time, Ephraim likes to travel, spend time with family, read, and play as well as coach youth soccer. He holds series 7, series 66, TN Life and Health Insurance License.
