Kellie Brady is the Managing Director, Market Executive for UBS’s Manhattan Market, leading one of the firm’s most prestigious and high-performing offices. Over the course of her 29-year career—all of it spent at UBS and its predecessor firm, PaineWebber—Kellie has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence, leadership, and client service.
Following the merger of PaineWebber with UBS Financial Services in 2000, Kellie transitioned into management and quickly rose through the ranks, holding several key field leadership roles. From 2006 to 2008, she served as Complex Director of the Columbus, Ohio branch, before returning to New York City to help lead the firm’s flagship office at 1285 Avenue of the Americas. Under her leadership, the Manhattan Market has solidified its status as the market of choice for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, and the private wealth advisors who serve them.
Kellie is known for bringing a boutique-style client focus to a platform backed by the global strength, resources, and reach of UBS—qualities that continue to distinguish her market within the industry.
She holds an Executive MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University. Christopher Amo focuses on the Private Wealth Management segment of UBS’s Manhattan Market, bringing deep industry expertise and leadership to one of the firm’s most dynamic and complex markets. With a distinguished career spanning senior roles at Morgan Stanley and UBS, Chris has built a reputation for cultivating high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Prior to joining UBS, Chris held several key positions at Morgan Stanley, including Area Manager for New Jersey, Associate National Director, and Regional Director. His leadership extended internationally during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Directors at UBS Bank Canada.
Chris is also deeply engaged socially, holding memberships at the Ridgewood Country Club, Union League Club, and Westhampton Country Club.

Thomas Conigatti serves as Executive Director and Market Director for UBS’s 299 Park Avenue office. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tom brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and client-centric strategy to his role.
Tom began his career in 2009 as a banker with JPMorgan Chase before joining Merrill Lynch in 2010 as a financial advisor. There, he advised individual, institutional, and corporate clients, and was selected for the firm’s leadership development program—a recognition of his early potential and dedication. He chose to pursue management, joining UBS in 2013 as Sales Manager for the firm’s Wealth Advice Center (WAC). In this capacity, Tom led a diverse team of 115 financial advisors and associate managers across New Jersey and North Carolina.
In 2017, Tom returned to his native New York to serve in key leadership roles, including Assistant Market Head and Branch Manager, across UBS’s premier private wealth offices in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Neal Cooper is an Executive Director and Market Director at UBS, overseeing the 1285 Avenue of the Americas office. With nearly three decades of experience in business development, financial advising, and sales management, Neal brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role.
Neal began his professional journey in 1995 in a business development role at PaineWebber. He became a financial advisor and, in 2001, was selected for the prestigious UBS Management Development and Field Leadership Program—a pivotal event that launched his leadership career.
Over the years, Neal held several influential sales management roles across Melville and New York City, as well as serving as Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Atlantic region. In 2007, he accepted a position as Assistant Branch Manager at Smith Barney and was later named Branch Manager of the 101 Park Avenue office in 2012. His leadership excellence earned him national recognition as one of On Wall Street’s Top 100 Branch Managers for three consecutive years (2012–2014).
In 2015, Neal returned to UBS to help manage the 1285 headquarters office, where he currently oversees the firm’s efforts in sales, middle market equity, and fixed income. Originally from Riverdale, New York, Neal now lives in Westport, Connecticut, with his wife, Hyla, and their three children, Eva, Eli and Liv. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, running marathons, playing tennis, and traveling.
Demie Kommatas serves as Executive Director and Associate Market Executive for UBS’s 299 Park Avenue office, where she plays a vital role in the growth and success of more than 60 financial advisors. Through hands-on training, individualized coaching, and strategic mentorship, Demie helps both sole practitioners and teams grow their practices, achieve business objectives, and deliver the high-caliber service that UBS clients have come to expect.
Her leadership is instrumental in developing advisors’ capabilities across the investment advisory landscape, with a focus on separately managed accounts, mutual funds, and ETFs. Under Demie’s guidance, the branch has continued to expand its advisory business while deepening the delivery of the firm’s full value proposition to clients.
Prior to her current role, Demie served as Administrative Manager at UBS, overseeing more than 70 support staff pm all items relating to supervision, human resources, coaching, and general business operations. Over the course of her career at UBS—which began in 2008—she has held several roles of increasing responsibility, including Client Service Associate, Branch Office Administrator, and Control Analyst. She launched her financial services career at Smith Barney.

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Bob brings a broad and deep understanding of the industry, combined with a client-centric leadership approach.
Bob began his UBS career in 2000 and has held a variety of roles across institutional equity sales, the business development group, and equity syndicate, before transitioning into branch management—where he has since built a strong reputation for advisor development and cultivating the client experience. He launched his financial services career as a financial advisor trainee at two small regional firms, giving him firsthand insight into the advisor experience and client relationship dynamics.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and an MBA from Fordham University. He and his wife, Amanda, divide their time between New York City and Westport, Connecticut. Both are passionate animal advocates and actively support the ASPCA amongst other philanthropic organizations.
