Tati Minetti is a financial services leader with more than 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Over the course of her career, she has developed deep expertise in leadership, advisor support, and relationship management, with experience spanning both domestic and international markets.
Since joining UBS in 2016, Tati has taken on several leadership roles guided by a thoughtful, people-first approach. She is passionate about servant leadership, cultivating a strong team culture, supporting advisors, and creating an environment grounded in collaboration, accountability, and exceptional client service.
Originally from Brazil, Tati brings a global perspective to her leadership style and values the importance of connection, trust, and helping others succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, hiking, and painting. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Lisa brings nearly two decades of experience in financial services, joining us after 19 successful years with Bank of America and Merrill, where she held multiple leadership roles. Known for her expertise and people-first approach, Lisa is passionate about empowering others—whether through mentorship, collaboration, or providing support when it matters most. She believes that growth comes from lifting others and strives to make a positive impact in every interaction.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew. She loves exploring the outdoors through hiking and is an avid fan of live sporting events. Lisa is excited to bring her enthusiasm, experience, and commitment to excellence to our team.

Nick Calegari is a Supervisory Officer within the Los Angeles Market. He has 18 years of industry experience, with the last 3 at UBS covering the Northern California and LA Markets. Prior to his career in Wealth Management, Nick served in the U.S Navy, retiring after 20 years of active service. He holds a B.A in General Studies and Computer Information Systems from Columbia College and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington. Nick resides with his wife in Blue Springs, MO, where he enjoys cooking, woodworking, and outdoor activities.
