Jim is currently a Managing Director who serves as the Market Executive for the Greater California Nevada Market. The business consists of 18 branches, including Manhattan Beach, Seal Beach, Brea, Pasadena, Westlake Village, Santa Barbara, Sherman Oaks, Bakersfield, Fresno, Merced, Carmel, Roseville, Sacramento, Napa, Reno, Incline Village, and Las Vegas, serving UBS's financial advisor teams and their high-net-worth clients. He oversees more than 180 Advisors who manage over $55 billion in assets.
 
Prior to his current role, Jim led the Newport Beach and Seal Beach branches. Jim also served as the Assistant Complex Director with UBS's Private Wealth Management Division in Southern California. He joined UBS from Morgan Stanley in 2013 where he was an Executive Director in New York working with institutional clients and HNW/UNHW clients and the advisors who serve them. Jim started his career at Smith Barney in 1999 in Menlo Park, Ca. Jim earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Fresno. Jim and his wife Pinky reside in Manhattan Beach with their two daughters Maliha, Ellora and their dog, Griff.

Rachael is the Associate Market Executive for the Greater California Nevada Market, working hand in hand with Jim Kottoor to oversee 180 Advisors and 18 offices across two states. 

Rachael most recently was a Business Strategist for the US WM Division Management Team where she was responsible for executing our National strategic priorities and supporting Field Leaders and their respective Advisors with requests ranging from Teaming to FA Compensation. She also lifted product successes and pain points in the Field up to Sr. Leadership in partnership with Consultants across Banking, Asset Management, and Advisory. Previously, Rachael was a Division Analyst for the West Division Team and prior to that, she rotated in the Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program (GTP) through Advisory Solutions, National Sales, Field Engagement, and Family Advisory and Philanthropy Services. She also worked on a global digitization initiative for our former CEO with Consultants in Switzerland and Singapore on ‘Circle One’, a mobile app that launched in Asia that delivers interactive CIO content.

Rachael is a graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelors in Finance. She recently moved to Santa Monica, returning to the West Coast after four years in New York City. In her spare time you can find her hiking, practicing yoga, or exploring her new home of LA with friends.

Elizabeth Metal is the Market Administrative Officer serving the Los Angeles Orange Market of UBS Financial Services Inc.

In this role, Mrs. Metal is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the advisor teams in our seven offices that make up the Los Angeles Orange County Market and $250MM in revenue, in addition to supporting the overall growth and footprint that the LA OC Market is responsible for delivering to UBS shareholders and the surrounding community.

Mrs. Metal joined UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Complex Administrative Manager in October 2009. She held various roles within the firm including Regional Administrative Officer for the Southwest Region and Market Administrative Officer for the San Diego Market. Prior to joining UBS, Mrs. Metal spent 10 years with Merrill Lynch in Newport Beach where she started her career in the industry.

Mrs. Metal holds a BS in Business Administration Finance from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dallas.

As a Southern California native, Mrs. Metal enjoys spending time outside the office with her family, husband Michael and their daughter Kaylin, playing sports, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.

Cecilia Corral joined the Los Angeles/Orange County Market team as a Supervisory Officer in 2020. Cecilia began her career in the brokerage industry over 25 years ago and has extensive experience in different roles. She started as a cashier and new account clerk followed by taking a leadership path to become a Client Service Supervisor. In 2002, she joined Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly Wells Fargo Investments) as an Operations Manager for the Downtown Los Angeles office. As she continued on the path of leadership, she became a Regional Supervisor for the Wells Fargo Los Angeles – Beverly Hills/El Segundo Region.

Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys volunteering in various community charities and events. She resides in Downey with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
