Market Director
Emily de la Reguera is the Executive/Market Director for UBS' Silicon Valley Wealth Management Offices. She is responsible for working with 56 Financial Advisor teams and oversees a combined $31B in assets.
Prior to this role, she was the Assistant Market Head for the Mid Atlantic Market, where she partnered with 11 Branch Managers to support the growth of their Advisors. She has also served as the Head of Next Generation Advisor Development at UBS, where she was responsible for creating and driving UBS's strategy to develop the next generation of financial advisors which includes the New Financial Advisor (NFA) Program, the Wealth Planning Analyst (WPA) Program and the Intergenerational Advisor Program (IGAP).
Emily began her career as a member of UBS' Graduate Talent Program (GTP) where she rotated through six different business areas of the firm. Upon completion of the program, she served as an Associate Product Manager for the UBS Securities Backed Lending Group where she helped manage UBS' credit line and margin portfolio. She has also worked at BlackRock in the Institutional Client Business where she was responsible for connecting global counterparts to help deliver congruency in how 200+ relationship managers represent BlackRock's fixed income capabilities.
Emily holds a B.A in International Relations from Colgate University and a certificate for the Tuck Business Bridge Program from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Carrie Scaletta is an Administrative Manager who provides administrative support and manages support staff at UBS Financial Services. She is responsible for educating team members on administrative policies and procedures. Carrie has over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.
Carrie believes in acting as a coach and partner in all aspects to encourage higher productivity and increase pride within the workplace. She is a powerful force in the workplace through her positive attitude and tireless energy, and encourages others to work hard and succeed.
In her free time, Carrie likes to go to Disney and going for walks with her husband, Anthony and her dog, Baily.
