Lauren Gorsche serves as the Market Executive for the Los Angeles Market. Her coverage includes Los Angeles Private Wealth Management (PWM), Manhattan Beach PWM, Newport Beach PWM, San Diego PWM, Las Vegas PWM, La Jolla PWM, Beverly Hills PWM, and Century City WM. She oversees 132 Financial Advisors while managing $100+ billion in assets and $400+ million in annual revenue.  

Before assuming her current role as the Market Executive, she was the Complex Director for the Los Angeles County PWM Office and was promoted to Market Head of the LA Metro Region in 2022. Having spent 20 years in various roles at UBS, Lauren leverages her extensive knowledge of the firm to bring the best of UBS to our Private Wealth Advisors and their clients. Lauren Gorsche was previously the Chief of Staff for US Wealth Management, supporting a business with over 6,000 Advisors and more than $1 trillion in assets. She has also acted as Chief of Staff for the Global Investment Platforms and Solutions business, and as Corporate Secretary for the US Wealth Management Committee. Prior to her Chief of Staff position, Lauren spent 12 years with the Banking group in multiple advisor-and client-facing roles, including Head of Sales Strategy, Senior Wealth Management Banker, and managing the Banking Solutions desk.

Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with a degree in English. Lauren holds her 3, 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 66 securities licenses and is registered in all 50 states.   
 

Alexa is an Associate Market Executive for the Los Angeles Market in UBS Private Wealth Management. She oversees sales efforts, business development initiatives, and coaches Private Wealth Advisors to help them grow their businesses and serve their clients with excellence. The Los Angeles Market encompasses $100+ billion in assets and $400+ million in annual revenue.

Prior to her current role, Alexa was part of UBS Family Office Solutions, a group of specialists that work with ultra high net worth clients to navigate the challenges and opportunities across their family enterprises, including their businesses, family offices, philanthropic structures, and passions & interests.

Alexa started her career in the UBS Graduate Training Program, a rotational analyst program within the Wealth Management business. Within the program, Alexa rotated through areas such as Alternative Investments, Advanced Planning and the Private Wealth Management division.

Jennifer serves as the Market Supervisory Officer for the Los Angeles Market. Her coverage includes Los Angeles Private Wealth Management (PWM), Manhattan Beach PWM, Newport Beach PWM, San Diego PWM, Las Vegas PWM, La Jolla PWM, Beverly Hills WM, and Century City WM. 

She brings more than twenty years of industry experience and has held various roles within the firm including Financial Advisor, Administrative Manager, and Market Administrative Manager.

Jennifer graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in Finance. She holds her 3, 7, 63, 66, 9 and 10 Securities licenses.  

Laura serves as the Market Administrative Officer for the Los Angeles Market. Her coverage includes Los Angeles Private Wealth Management (PWM), Manhattan Beach PWM, Newport Beach PWM, San Diego PWM, Las Vegas PWM, La Jolla PWM, Beverly Hills PWM, and Century City WM.  

Before assuming her current role as the Market Administrative Office, she was the Administrative Manager for the West Coast Private Wealth Management Market. Having spent 10+ years in various roles at the firm, Laura leverages her extensive knowledge of the firm to bring the best of UBS to all Financial Advisors, Support staff and their clients.  

Laura graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in international studies and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. She was born in Ohio and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA. Laura holds her 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation. 

Olivia Padilla is the Executive Team Assistant for the Los Angeles Market, primarily responsible for our Private Wealth Management offices. She has more than twenty-five years of industry experience and has held various roles within the firm, including Client Service Associate and Branch Technology Liaison. Olivia is a southern California native and is currently a Notary Public.
