Bruce has a long history of leadership. This history finds its beginnings during his 12-year career as a carrier based naval flight officer. The discipline and attention to detail needed to operate in a highly challenging environment prepared him for his career in the financial services industry.
Prior to UBS, Bruce worked as a financial advisor. He also served as a recruiter for the new Merrill Lynch advisor program where he led the nation in bringing career professionals to the financial services business. He then moved to the Customized Investments desk in New York, where his team led Wall Street in the issuance of new structured investments.
At UBS, Bruce has worked in the structured products group, the Mid-Atlantic Region, the Baltimore and Hunt Valley, Denver and Cherry Creek Summary branches, all as a branch manager. Most recently he was the Complex Director in Plano/Fort Worth, TX, and Market Director in the Denver Tech Center. During his first assignment in Denver, his branch achieved Leadership Council as the 2nd highest performing branch in the nation. In 2020, he achieved Leadership Council again with his branch ranked 4th in the nation. He is currently the Market Director for the Las Vegas Summary business.
Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University with a major in Production and Operations Management and a minor in Information Systems Management.
Bruce also served for 12 distinguished years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. His tours of duty included flag aide to the Commander and Chief U.S. Atlantic Command, USS John F. Kennedy, U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (The Blue Angels), Attack Squadrons 42 & 176 in the A-6E Intruder. He has over 2000 flight hours and 250 aircraft carrier landings.
His community activity centers on veterans entering the civilian workforce. In addition to his personal mentoring, he has served with American Corporate Partners and the UBS Veterans Network.

She demonstrates expertise in strategic business development, client relationship management, team leadership, and compliance. Kelly is adept at driving profitability and operational efficiency through process improvements, risk mitigation, and the application of modern wealth solutions to enhance the client experience and achieve business objectives.
She is a collaborator who drives to make her team and her colleagues better in their day to day work.
