Chris joined UBS in 2002 and currently leads the firm's East Tennessee wealth management businesses in Knoxville and Tri-Cities. Chris enjoys being actively involved in the business and personal lives of the UBS Knoxville team members and serving as their champion internally and externally. Previously Chris served as the Assistant Market Head for the Tennessee Kentucky Market based in the firm’s Nashville offices. While living in New York City, he served as a Management Training Advisor and Regional Development Officer, both part of New Financial Advisor Development at UBS . Subsequently, as a Senior Practice Management Consultant, he facilitated development programs and consulted for the firm's most high performing financial advisors and teams across the United States. He began his career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, there he received multiple performance awards. Chris holds an undergraduate degree in finance and a MBA, both awarded from East Tennessee State University. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Christian Academy of Knoxville and previously the Knoxville Museum of Art. Chris adores his wife Esha and their 11 year old son Alex and currently reside in west Knoxville, TN. Chris enjoys cheering on Alex's athletic and academic endeavors and prioritizes faith, family and impact.

Missy Sexton is often referred to as the operational backbone of The Knoxville, TN Branch. She currently serves as an Assistant Operations Manager in the West Processing Center and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible. With over 30 years in the industry, Missy has consistently shown her dedication and care for clients and team members.

Born and raised in Ohio, Missy enlisted in the Ohio Army National Guard and was active for over 20 years in a combat heavy engineer battalion serving one tour in Iraq. During her time in the National Guard, she studied elementary education which developed into a life-long passion for helping youth learn and succeed.

Believing in giving back to her community, Missy volunteers her time with Junior Achievement of East Tennessee, Ronald McDonald House, Karm, and Rails-to-Trails Conservancy. As well as DIY home improvement projects, she also enjoys hiking, running, spending time with her three dogs, and playing classical piano. She is the proud mother of two adult daughters.
