An experienced and committed team

In her 25 years at UBS she has held positions as Assistant Market Head, Assistant Complex Director, Assistant Branch Manager, Market Area Administrative Manager, Deputy Branch Manager and Branch Control Officer for multiple branches. In her various roles in the firm she created the first operations hubs in December 2008. She coaches Financial Advisors on a myriad of topics from teaming to practice management assisting in developing holistic wealth management  practices.

Before UBS

Jan brings over 40 years of experience in financial services to her role. Prior to joining UBS, she spent more than two decades in the industry, including 20 years at Kidder Peabody as Director of Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer and Regional Options Manager in Chicago. Prior to Kidder Peabody, Jan began her career at Gradison & Co. in Cincinnati and moved to Thompson McKinnon as an OTC & options trader.

Jan is FINRA registered and holds Series 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 15, 63 & 66 licenses as well as life, health, and LTC insurance including variable annuities.

Matt is a native of Elmore, Ohio, and a graduate of The Ohio State University.  He started his career in 2011 with Morgan Stanley and in 2014 joined UBS. Throughout his tenure at UBS Matt has worked in several leadership positions including Operations Manager, Supervisory Officer, Admin Manager, and his current role, Market Administrative Officer.

Matt and his wife Grace reside in Silverton with their daughter Rosemary.

Emily joined UBS in 2014 and is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager and Admin Manager.  She earned her B.S degree in Organizational Leadership at Wright State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

Andrew has been with UBS for 10 years and serves as the Market Executive of the Ohio Indy Kentucky Market. In his role he is Andrew overseas 9 offices, bringing together the firm's best in class resources, talent and capabilities to create and sustain success for our clients in the Americas.

Previously, Andrew was the Market Director of the Northbrook and Barrington, IL offices. His career at UBS began in the firm's Graduate Training Program, and after 2 years of rotating through various areas of the firm, took on his first assignment as a Business Strategist for one of the first Divisional Directors. Two years later he began his field management career as an Assistant Market Head of the Chicago Market that included offices in Downtown Chicago, Northbrook, Oakbrook, Barrington, Naperville, and Madison, Brookfield & Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Andrew graduated from Bucknell University where he earned a B.S. in Economics and was a member of the school’s men’s varsity lacrosse team. Andrew is a member of the North Suburban YMCA Board of Directors. In his free time he coaches high school lacrosse in Lake Forest, IL. He currently resides in Chicago, IL.
