Andrew Dempsey has been a part of UBS for a decade, currently serving as the Market Executive for the Ohio Indy Kentucky Market. In this role, Andrew oversees nine offices, leveraging the firm's premier resources, talent, and capabilities to drive and maintain success for clients across the Americas.

Prior to his current position, Andrew was the Market Director for the Northbrook and Barrington, IL offices. His journey with UBS began in the Graduate Training Program, where he spent two years rotating through various divisions within the firm. This comprehensive training led to his first assignment as a Business Strategist for one of the pioneering Divisional Directors. Following this, he embarked on his field management career as the Assistant Market Head for the Chicago Market, encompassing offices in Downtown Chicago, Northbrook, Oakbrook, Barrington, Naperville, and Madison, Brookfield & Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Andrew currently resides in Cincinnati OH, where he enjoys balancing his professional responsibilities with his personal interests and community engagements.

Education:
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Andrew pursued his undergraduate studies at Bucknell University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics. During his time at Bucknell, he was also an active member of the men's varsity lacrosse team.

Emily joined UBS in 2014 as a Client Associate and has steadily advanced through a variety of roles, becoming a Branch Office Administrator in 2019, Administrative Officer in 2021, Associate Market Administrative Officer in 2023, and most recently, Market Administrative Officer in 2025. She graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Organizational Leadership, and during college, played Division 1 soccer. Emily’s passion for professional growth and workplace culture shines through her involvement as YPN Co-Chair from 2022 to 2024 and being recognized as Culture Carrier of the Year in 2022. She loves connecting with colleagues across the firm and building a vibrant, engaging work environment. Beyond her leadership roles, Emily has made a meaningful impact supporting working parents as Mom’s Circle and Table Talk Head, part of the Family Connections network from 2020 to 2023. Her dedication helps others navigate the unique challenges of balancing work and home life. Emily holds licenses in Insurance, SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, and Series 10. She resides in Dayton, OH with her husband and two children.

Alex joined UBS in 2025. Within her role as Administrative Officer, Alex helps to oversee daily branch operations while supporting client service teams, empowering them to provide an exceptional client experience. Alex attended Ohio University and holds her Series 7, 63, and 9/10 licenses. Prior to joining UBS, Alex worked in various leadership positions at Fidelity Investments. Alex resides in Anderson Township where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and traveling as much as possible.

Katrina started in the financial services industry in 2000 with Paine Webber and through the McDonald Investments acquisition in 2007, she rejoined UBS. She holds Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses and has held various roles, including Registered Client Service Associate, Branch Administrative Manager and Complex Administrative Manager. As the current Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky Market Supervisory Officer, Katrina is responsible for ensuring the market is in compliance with risk management guidelines by establishing relationships with advisory teams. Katrina lives in Bloom Carroll, Ohio and in her spare time she enjoys watching soccer and singing karaoke.

Mike serves as a Supervisory Officer covering the Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky region for UBS. He has over twenty years of financial industry experience serving in Compliance, Sales, and Management roles. Prior to joining UBS, Mike worked as Chief Compliance Officer for L.M. Kohn & Company. He has also worked for Fifth Third Securities, Western & Southern Financial Group, and Fidelity Investments.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University, with a major in Finance. He holds Series 4, 6, 7, 24, 26, 52, 53, 63, 65, and 99 licenses and is Life, Health, Annuity, Property and Casualty licensed with the State of Ohio.

Bryan Hatfield began his career in financial services in 2003 and has since built extensive leadership experience across the industry. He has held management roles with Merrill Lynch, Raymond James, and MassMutual, where he developed a strong foundation in advisor oversight, client service, and business development. Bryan holds multiple securities licenses, including the Series 6, 7, 24, 63, 66, and 9/10. Bryan lives in Morrow, Ohio with his wife and their three children.

Sarah began her career in the financial services industry in 2008 at a Northern Kentucky accounting firm, where she served as an IT Director and gained valuable experience supporting clients and overseeing technology operations. In 2025, she joined UBS as a Branch Technology Liaison, where she helps support branch technology and improve day-to-day efficiency.

Sarah is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and enjoys staying connected to her community. Outside of work, she spends time with family and friends, cheers on all Cincinnati sports teams, and loves putting her knowledge to the test with trivia.

Morgan joined UBS in 2026. She has a decade of experience in retail banking, customer service, and administrative work. Within her role as a Branch Office Administrator, Morgan assists with daily branch operations and supports the management team. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University and resides on the east side of Cincinnati. Outside of work she enjoys spending time her husband, son, and two dogs.
