As Branch Manager of the Hudson office, Deb serves as an advocate and partner with Financial Advisors and support teams to deliver a world class wealth management client experience. Her primary responsibility is to help teams grow their business and create scalable and repeatable business and service models. She prides herself on bringing the best resources to serve the clients’ and Financial Advisors’ needs, both through the strength of UBS and the human capital of her leadership team. Deb believes in the importance of maintaining a collaborative and culturally positive environment in her branch focused on creating the best client and employee experience.
In her extensive career with UBS, Deb has held various roles including Assistant Market Head, Regional Administrative Officer, Assistant Complex Director, and Market Administrative Officer. She holds several securities licenses: series 7 (securities representative), series 8 (securities sales supervisor), series 65 (investment advisor), series 3 (commodities), as well as accident and health, variable life insurance and annuities licenses.
Tammy began her banking career with Central Bank in August of 1984. Through multiple mergers she continued focusing on banking until moving over the Investment side of the industry with McDonald Investments until they were acquired by UBS Financial Services in February of 2007.
Tammy has been in various managements positions since 2012 working in Operations, Risk Supervision, and currently as an Administration Manager where she is responsible for managing the administrative support staff, and collaborates with the management team to educate, and support the Financial Advisors and their teams to grow their business by building long and trusted relationships with their clients.
Tammy holds FINRA Series 3 (Commodities), 7, 9, 10, 66, as well as Health, Life, Accident and Variable Insurance.
