Experience

Bill joined UBS in June of 2014 to assume the role of CNE Complex Director. Bill started in the industry in 1987 and spent the next 10 years as a Financial Advisor and Assistant Manager at Prudential Securities. In 1997, Bill moved to Advest Inc. where he ultimately became COO and Head of the Private Client Group. In 2005, Advest was acquired by Merrill Lynch and Bill assumed the role of Regional Director in New England. In 2011 he was asked to take on responsibilities as the Head of Capacity and Initiative Management for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, in New York City.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut in 1985 and was a four year letter winner in Football.

Bill volunteers his time with Foster Buddies in Hartford, Connecticut.

Andy is Director and Associate Market Executive of the Greater New England Market - based in Hartford. Andy has been with UBS since 2005, and in the Wealth Management industry for over 30 years, beginning his career as a Financial Advisor. Andy is a dedicated leader, focused on working with a team of Wealth Management professionals, to help put them in the best possible position to deliver unique solutions to their clients by leveraging the full range of UBS businesses and resources worldwide.

Andy works extensively with his local community. He is in his 6th year as a member of the Board of Directors of New Haven Reads - an organization dedicated to increasing the literacy skills of children. Andy's past community leadership includes founding membership of the Professional Advisory Council of the Community Foundation of New Haven, and founding membership of the New Haven Promise Advisory Council. Andy values mentorship, and his work as a mentor includes the UBS/ACP Veterans Mentoring Program - assisting veterans transitioning from military careers to the private sector workforce, as well as the UBS Global WM Mentoring Program.

Originally from New York City, Andy earned his BS in Business from The State University of New York, and resides in CT with his wife and 3 children.

Lori began her career at UBS in 2004 in a dual role, performing the functions of both Branch Office Administrator and Client Service Associate. She then took on various roles of increasing responsibility on the management team in both the Supervisory and Administrative areas, before elevating to her current role as Market Supervisory Officer in 2013. As the Market Supervisory Officer, Lori is responsible for ensuring compliance with both regulatory and Firm risk guidelines and policies for the entire Market.  Together with her team, Lori strives to provide a collaborative, proactive approach to risk and supervision.

Lori graduated with Dean’s Destinction (Summa Cum Laude equivalent) from Eastern Connecticut State University with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She maintains Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 securities licenses. She is also licensed in life and health insurance.

Tracy Anzalotti is the Market Administrative Officer for UBS Financial Services, Inc. for the Greater New England Market. She is responsible for fulfilling AML Risk management, educating and communicating operational efficiencies processes and procedures, overseeing Operational Personnel and working with the Market Management Team, FAs and CSAs.  Tracy has been with UBS and its legacy firms for 30+ years.  She maintains Series 7, 63, 9 & 10 securities licenses.   Tracy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts with a B.S. in Business /Executive Management .

Tracy resides in East Longmeadow, MA with her husband Robert.

Mary has been with UBS and its legacy firms since 1985. She is FINRA registered and holds her Series 7, 63, 9 & 10 securities licenses.  Her career began as a Branch Service Associate working toward a career in Management where she became an Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager as well as working in the Trading Area. And now working in the East Processing Center for the New England and New York State Markets as a Market Service Manager.  Mary has a deep love of Operations and could not see being in another field.  She has had the pleasure of working in large New York Branches and now in Hartford, CT.

She was born and raised in Bronx, New York and now resides in Hartford, CT. Mary enjoys quiet time as well as spending time with Family and Friends.
