Ryann has been in the Wealth Management Industry for over 18 years, during which she served as a Financial Advisor and Market Director. Ryann is a dedicated leader, focused on helping wealth management professionals serve clients, their families, companies, and communities. Ryann is passionate about community and serving people in the places we support. Ryann values, integrity, hard work, family, and commitment. Ryann is a volunteer in the community for local charities serving, underprivileged children, and is a mentor to young females interested in growing a career in wealth management.

Ryann attended college locally at Providence College and was a scholarship player on the Women’s Basketball team. Ryann attended Eastern Michigan University and earned her BS in Business Management, MS in Organizational Development, and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Originally from Michigan, Ryann now resides in southern MA, but spends much of her time in her second home in South County Rhode Island with her Husband, Nick and their daughter, Gabby.

Gabe joined UBS in 2016 and is currently Market Director and Branch Manager of the UBS Springfield, New Haven, Albany and Glens Falls branch offices. Gabe has been in the Wealth Management Industry for over 25 years, beginning his career as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. In 2010, Gabe moved to Merrill Lynch and assumed various roles as COO Merrill Lynch, New England Region; Vice President, Capacity & Initiative Management; Vice President, Sales Manager Merrill Edge.

Gabe received his Bachelor of Science in Textile Technology & Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northeastern University in Corporate Finance.

Originally from Bronx, New York, and currently resides in CT with his wife Barb. Gabe enjoys skiing and biking (mountain and road).

Andy has been with UBS since 2005, and in the Wealth Management industry for over 30 years, beginning his career as a Financial Advisor. Andy is a dedicated leader, focused on working with a team of Wealth Management professionals, to help put them in the best possible position to deliver unique solutions to their clients by leveraging the full range of UBS businesses and resources worldwide.

Andy works extensively with his local community. He is in his 6th year as a member of the Board of Directors of New Haven Reads - an organization dedicated to increasing the literacy skills of children. Andy's past community leadership includes founding membership of the Professional Advisory Council of the Community Foundation of New Haven, and founding membership of the New Haven Promise Advisory Council. Andy values mentorship, and his work as a mentor includes the UBS/ACP Veterans Mentoring Program - assisting veterans transitioning from military careers to the private sector workforce, as well as the UBS Global WM Mentoring Program.

Originally from New York City, Andy earned his BS in Business from The State University of New York, and resides in CT with his wife and 3 children.

She is responsible for fulfilling AML Risk management, educating and communicating operational efficiencies processes and procedures, overseeing Operational Personnel and working with the Market Management Team, FAs and CSAs. Tracy has been with UBS and its legacy firms for 30+ years. She maintains Series 7, 63, 9 & 10 securities licenses. Tracy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts with a B.S. in Business /Executive Management .

Tracy resides in East Longmeadow, MA with her husband Robert.

Her career began as a Branch Service Associate working toward a career in Management where she became an Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager as well as working in the Trading Area. And now working in the East Processing Center for the New England and New York State Markets as a Market Service Manager. Mary has a deep love of Operations and could not see being in another field. She has had the pleasure of working in large New York Branches and now in Hartford, CT.

She was born and raised in Bronx, New York and now resides in Hartford, CT. Mary enjoys quiet time as well as spending time with Family and Friends.

Dan functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on applications such the Investment Proposal Tool, My Total Picture, Smart Email and other UBS Wealth Management applications. A primary focus of Dan's work is to leverage Advisor Marketing Central on behalf of advisors, to strengthen and promote their individual or team brand.

Previous Financial Services Industry experience include roles as a Market Sales Manager at Merrill Edge from 2012-2016, Financial Solutions Advisor at Merrill Edge from 2011-2012 and Financial Advisor, Merrill Lynch 2007-2010. Dan has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, and holds Series 7, 9,10, 31, 63, 65 securities licenses. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Oregon.
