Jim is the Market Executive for Greater Boston WM & PWM of UBS Global Wealth Management Americas where he oversees the domestic business within 5 offices in and surrounding Boston, with satellite offices located in the New England area. He oversees approximately 225 financial advisors and over $80 billion in client assets. With a focus on providing unparalleled service to both employees and clients, Jim has worked to create a culture that he refers to as "the Best Place in Town." The Best Place reflects the best most competent Financial Advisors, the best most competent Client Service Associates, the best most tenured operations team, the most supportive and responsive management team, and lastly the most professional facility and environment. Jim's aim for the Greater Boston Market is to be the firm of choice for Wealth Management advice in the communities we serve.
Jim joined UBS in 2009 as the Complex Director of the 200 Park Avenue, New York office. Jim has over 35 years' experience in the financial services industry. Jim held numerous roles including, Client Service Associate, Financial Advisor, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Complex Director. After 14 years as a club level producer Jim decided he was more passionate about coaching and helping his employees reach their full potential.
Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 1983. Jim and his wife, of 39 years, Maureen, reside in Hingham, MA. Jim has three children, Meghan, Michael, and Stephen and three grandchildren, Madison, Sawyer, and Jameson. Jim sees his career as a means to end and works diligently to balance his commitments to both UBS and his family. Jim enjoys spending quality time with his family, skiing, boating, and vacationing together.
Kreg originally joined UBS in 2005 and has been leading the Greater Boston Private Wealth Management business since 2024. As Market Director, Kreg's role is to work with our Private Wealth Advisors to offer all of the firm's capabilities and expertise to ultra high net worth clients. Kreg is passionate about understanding a client's total balance sheet and delivering on the unique needs of each family. Prior to re-joining the Boston business, Kreg spent thirteen years with UBS PWM/WM in Southern California, Texas, & Boston, serving in various capacities including, Complex Director, Branch Manager, and Assistant Market Head. Previously, Kreg held positions at the Private Banking & Investment Group at Merrill Lynch and with an Independent RIA.
A Massachusetts native, Kreg and his wife Kathleen reside in Wellesley, MA with their two boys. They are both avid supporters of land conservation and fighting food insecurity. In his free time Kreg enjoys golf, basketball, and downhill skiing. On weekend mornings he can usually be found manning the griddle in search of pancake approval from his kids.
Ian MacNeill is the Market Director for Downtown Boston and North Shore in the Greater Boston Market. In this role, Ian is driving firm initiatives and goals while collaborating, coaching and recruiting the best Wealth Advisors in the industry to help them achieve their professional and personal goals. Before joining the Downtown office, Ian was the Northeast Divisional Sales Manager at UBS Financial Services. In that role, he drove business growth by connecting wealth management professionals and their clients to the firm’s unparalleled resources, insights, and intellectual capital. Previously, Ian was the UBS Branch Manager in Springfield, MA. Ian began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Private Wealth Management Group. As part of a larger team, he was a Private Wealth Advisor and later started his field leadership in Boston, MA as a Sales Manager.
Lexie is the Market Director for the South Shore and Wellesley offices in the Greater Boston Market. She works with Financial Advisors and Team Associates to build efficient, streamlined practices. This approach serves to deepen existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. Lexie uses her extensive knowledge and diversified experience in the financial services industry to provide a consistent, dedicated approach to coaching and resolving issues.
She has been with UBS for 24 years, originally joining PaineWebber from Smith Barney as an Operations Manager in the Boston Financial Advisor Training office in 2000. Since that time she has held a variety of roles including Financial Advisor, Branch Office Administrator, Regional Business Strategist, Assistant Complex Director and Branch Manager.
Lexie earned her BA in Finance from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She grew up in Falmouth, Maine and enjoys skiing and spending time with family. Lexie resides in Scituate, MA with her Labrador Retriever, Boss.
Brittany Manganaro serves as the Associate Market Executive for the Greater Boston Market. Having spent over 15 years in various roles at UBS, Brittany leverages her knowledge of the firm to connect our Private Wealth Advisors and their clients with the vast global resources of UBS.
Before assuming her current role in our Boston Private Wealth Management office, Brittany served as the Branch Manager in Wellesley, MA for three years and prior to that as Branch Manager for Southern New Hampshire for six years. She also spent two years as the Assistant Complex Director for the Metro Boston Complex. Previously Brittany had served as a wealth planning specialist, partnering with Financial Advisors to develop tailored, comprehensive, wealth planning strategies to help their ultra and high net worth clients achieve their goals. Brittany started her career at UBS as part of the WM Americas Graduate Talent Program, a two-year rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to various business areas throughout UBS.
Outside of UBS Brittany and her husband, Jeff, live in Lexington with their two children and goldendoodle. She enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Mark has been with UBS for over 25 years, originally joining PaineWebber in the Wellesley office in 1999. Since that time he has had a variety of field leadership roles, most recently as the Associate Market Executive for the Greater Boston Market.
In his present role as Associate Market Executive - tasked with developing business strategy while working with internal and external partners to deliver tools and resources that Advisors (and their teams) need to best grow their business and serve their clients.
Mark earned his BA in Business Administration from Westfield Sate College in Westfield, MA. He is FINRA-registered and holds his Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 65 and Life insurance licenses.
Mark and his wife, Christy, reside in Walpole, MA with their two children, Zachary and Katelyn. In his spare time, Mark enjoys coaching youth sports, playing golf, and rooting for all the Boston Sports teams.
Kelli is an Associate Market Executive for the Greater Boston Market where she collaborates with Financial Advisors and their teams to help them grow their businesses and serve their clients with excellence. Prior to her current role, Kelli served as an Administrative Officer where she was responsible for the oversight, support and development of over 80 Team Associates.
She grew up in Londonderry, NH and went to Penn State where she majored in Finance and minored in International Business. She moved to New York City and started her career in the UBS Graduate Talent Program, a rotational analyst program within the Wealth Management business. Within the program, Kelli rotated through areas such as Structured Products, Investment Management Research and a Private Wealth Management team. She then joined the Advisor Recruiting team as a Deal Structurer working in partnership with Field Leaders to create customized, attractive deals for Recruits and their teams.
Kelli is FINRA-registered and holds her Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 licenses.
She currently lives in Boston and enjoys hiking, skiing, travelling and spending time with her 4 year old puppy, Oakley.
Laura joined UBS in 2021 as an Administrative Manager for the Northeast Private Wealth Market. She came to UBS with over 15 years-experience in Wealth Management at AllianceBernstein.
In her present role as Market Administrative Officer she supervises, manages, and oversees all support staff in the Greater Boston Market. Laura focuses her efforts on assuring that she hires, develops and retains the best professional support staff in the industry as well as execute and evolve the administrative processes in a way that assures high client satisfaction.
Laura earned her BA in Communications from Ramapo College of New Jersey and her Master’s in Education from University of San Francisco. She is FINRA-registered and holds her Series 7, 9, 10, & 63 licenses.
Laura and her husband, Mike, reside in Canton, MA with their two children, Vinny and Christian. In her spare time, Laura enjoys cooking, traveling and volunteering for Boston Children’s Hospital.
Susan Wolff is a Director and Market Supervisory Officer for the UBS Greater Boston Market, GWM Americas. As Market Supervisory Officer, Susan is responsible for overseeing compliance, risk, legal and regulatory items for the entire Market consisting of 200+ advisors. Susan works directly alongside Advisors, their teams and Supervisory Officers to deliver our clients the utmost satisfaction while ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory guidelines and policies. Susan also focuses her energy promoting our internal networking group known as All Bar None. The mission is to educate, engage and empower women within the organization. Susan currently serves as Co-Chair of the local Chapter of All Bar None Boston, she previously served a Co-Chair Field Connectors for All Bar None Chapters across US branches.
Prior to Susan's role as Market Supervisory Officer, she served as Market Administrative Officer working on managing operational and administrative matters for the Market. She previously led volunteer activities, organizing and implementing event as well as driving participation. She has made an impact in the community and strengthened the working relationships and team culture within our offices. Prior to joining the Greater Boston Market, Susan was with the Hartford, Connecticut UBS location, formerly PaineWebber, as Complex/Risk Officer and Branch Administrative Manager.
Susan attended Temple University and holds FINRA Series 7, 8, 63, and 65 licenses. Susan and her husband, Brian of 35 years. They have two children, and two grandchildren. Susan enjoys spending quality time with family as well as gardening, photography, and traveling.
Tom has been leading the Client Experience area since January 2023. The role focuses on enabling our Financial Advisors and their teams to spend more time with clients by making it easier to do business. In his previous role Tom was the Branch Office Manager of the Boston North Shore Branch since November 2015 and was focused on relationship building, office culture and customer service.
Prior to this Tom served as the Regional Administrative Officer (RAO) for the New England Region from 2007-2015. Primary responsibilities included direct oversight of the Operations functions throughout the region as well as oversight of the Client Service Associates in the 26 branches in New England & New York State. Before working for the New England Region Tom was the Administrative manager for the Downtown Boston office from 2002-2007 with responsibilities that included, Compliance, Operations and oversight of the Client Service Associates.
Prior to joining UBS Financial Services, Tom was a Regional Compliance Officer with Wachovia Securities/First Union Securities from 2000-2002. Tom began his career with Oppenheimer & Co in New York in 1986 before relocating to Boston to open the Oppenheimer office in 1993 where he served as the Operations & Compliance Manager. He has his series 3, 7, 63, 8 & Insurance licenses.
Tom and his wife Meghan live in Marblehead, MA and have two children, Ceallagh, 25 and Liam, 23 as well as a Portuguese Water dog named Fin. Tom enjoys golf & jogging in his spare time.
Andrea has over 20 years of experience in the wealth management field leading teams in providing a positive and comprehensive client experience. Prior to joining UBS in early 2018 she was a branch manager at Scottrade for over 14 years. When not at work Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and hiking. Andrea currently holds FINRA Series 7,9,10,63,66.
Melissa joined the UBS team in 2017 as Executive Team Assistant. She works closely with Jim Ducey and the Greater Boston Market Management Team in a variety of capacities to support the smooth operation of team functionality and assist with the overall execution of Market objectives. Prior to UBS, Melissa spent 10 years in Branch Operation roles at several brokerage firms. Outside of work, Melissa and her husband Patrick enjoy spending time outdoors at their home in Merrimack, NH. Melissa currently holds FINRA license Series 7, 24 and 66.
