Above all, Karmen is passionate about helping successful financial advisors, their teams and their clients experience enhanced growth. She has led an impressive career in sales and leadership in her 22 years working in the finance industry. She has been with UBS for over 20 years holding positions varying from Financial Advisor to leadership roles such as Assistant Market Head within the Private Wealth Division in New York City. Most recently, Karmen has stepped into the role of Branch Manager and is responsible for the Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and Sarasota offices.
A self-described results oriented growth and execution professional, Karmen focuses on a client forward philosophy. Her goal is to ease the process of doing business. She is committed to creating a culture of positivity and productivity allowing for individualized experiences for all clients, financial advisors and team associates. For Karmen, helping people is the most rewarding part of the role.
Growing up in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado provided Karmen with a solid grounded approach to the professional and personal balance that is crucial to true success. Achieving her BSBA in Marketing from the University of Denver prior to the start of her career as a Financial Advisor in Beverly Hills provided a foundation for her flourishing career. When she is not at work, Karmen can be found exploring great new restaurants or embarking on a personal or competitive run.
