Julene is a Market Director for the Florida Market. Prior to becoming a Market Director, Julene held various positions at UBS including Associate Market Executive, Market Supervisory Officer, Market Administrative Officer, Complex Administrative Manager and Administrative Manager.

Professional History

Julene has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Julene has decades of experience on the sales side during her various roles as a Market Administrative Officer, Complex Administrative Manager and Administrative Manager and in recent years the Market Supervisory Officer role has increased her knowledge of the products from a Regulatory perspective.  This gives Julene a unique perspective of finding the right balance between products and suitability that helps the Financial Advisors and their Team Associates execute their goals.  Julene has several years of experience coaching and mentoring Advisors and Team Associates.  She has the uncanny ability of getting employees to do what's best for them, even when they might disagree.

Education and Personal Information

Julene holds an Associates of Science degree in Business Administration from NCTC - Connecticut. She holds several industry licenses including FINRA Series 3, 7, 63, 66, 9, 10 and Life, Health, Variable Annuity.   She is an alumni of UBS' Ascent Program, UBS’ Elevate Program and was a member of Administrative Management Advisory Council (AMAC) 2012-2014 and 2019-2020. She speaks fluent Spanish.

Julene, her husband Abel and their blended family of three children, Ahmose, Khyler & Robert, and one dog live in Miramar, FL.  She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, reading and dancing to reggae music

Sandra Wagner serves as a Director and Market Administrative Officer for the Florida Market at UBS Financial Services. Sandra has held several roles at the firm and has a wealth of experience in various capacities. Sandra maintains her Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses.

She is also an active member of her community and finds joy in spending time with her husband and adult children. Outside of work, Sandra loves traveling, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica joined the UBS Fort Lauderdale team in 2024. She started her career at Charles Schwab in 2016 and has since held a variety of roles with both Charles Schwab and Fidelity, including leadership, active trading, large bulk trading for high net worth clients, and option trading. 

Antonio is an Associate Market Executive for the Florida Market. Antonio is a results-oriented Associate Market Executive, overseeing the Florida Market. He drives business development, implements sales growth plans, and develops coaching programs for financial advisors to enhance their professional growth. Antonio manages escalated issues, including financial, reputational, and compliance risks. He also supports financial advisor recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Previously, as Client Experience Director, Antonio streamlined processes to improve client and advisor experiences.

Antonio began his career with Merrill Lynch in 2006, advanced into leadership roles, and joined UBS in 2015. He holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Management from Northwood University.
