Bob is responsible for the UBS South Florida Wealth Management and Private Wealth Management businesses from Vero Beach to Miami. Bob’s many years of industry experience as a Financial Advisor and Manager have provided him with a unique skillset that enables him to assist Financial Advisors in delivering the highest level of service and value to their clients.

He joined UBS in 2007. While at UBS, he has held the positions of Market Head, Regional Sales Manager, Branch Manager and Business Development Coach.

Julene is the Associate Market Executive for the Florida Market. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to becoming Associate Market Executive, she held various positions at UBS, including Assistant Market Head, Market Supervisory Officer, Market Administrative Officer, Complex Administrative Manager and Administrative Manager.

Jessica joined the UBS Fort Lauderdale team in 2024. She started her career at Charles Schwab in 2016 and has since held a variety of roles with both Charles Schwab and Fidelity, including leadership, active trading, large bulk trading for high net worth clients, and option trading. 

Derrick joined UBS in 2013 and is an integral part of our Florida Market Supervisory Team. He started in the industry in 1983 as an Account Administrator with Security Pacific Clearing Corporation. Prior to working at UBS, he was a Sr. Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Smith Barney. Derrick previously held the role of Assistant Operations Manager in our UBS Boca Raton office. 

Vince joined UBS as the Boca Raton Operations Manager in 2013, and now serves as the Market Operations Manager for the Florida Market. He started his career in wealth management with Merrill Lynch in 1985 in the operations center in Chicago. During his time there, he was promoted and held various managerial positions in Des Moines, IA, Louisville, KY, St. Paul, MN, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, before joining UBS.

Victoria joined UBS in 2020 as the Executive Team Assistant for the South Florida Private Wealth Management and Wealth Management businesses. She directly supports Bob Covino and Julene Richards-Scilingo, and also functions as the office manager and technology liaison for the Fort Lauderdale office.
