John proudly serves as the Market Head for the Northern New Jersey Market that spans eight offices located in New Jersey. John plays an instrumental role in coordinating the delivery of the full range of the firm's global resources, which includes the implementation of our Wealth Management capabilities through delivery of "Advice. Beyond Investing."
John leads a Wealth Management business of more than 250 highly experienced Financial Advisors entrusted with client assets in excess of $60 billion. He began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse and Laventhol & Horwath and joined PaineWebber in 1991. John recently celebrated his 30th anniversary with UBS. He has experience serving as a Financial Advisor, Branch Manager, Complex Director, and Market Head.
Over his career, John has been named to the Firm's Leadership Council ten times. John has served as Co-Chair of the Leadership Advisory Committee, a key leadership role helping facilitate change throughout the field organization. In 2015, John received the Ed Connolly Leadership Award.
John has been a part of the American Corporate Partners Veteran Mentorship Program at UBS and also donates his time to support various charities including The Blessing Bag Brigade, Holiday Express and Bonds of Courage.
John, his wife, Hillary and their four children currently reside in Westfield, New Jersey.

Patrick Gardner is an Associate Director at the firm, working as an Assistant Market Head for the Northern NJ Market in Wealth Management USA.

Patrick is a graduate of Fordham University where he majored in Economics and was the captain for the University's division baseball team. He has been at UBS since 2017 where he started in Real Estate Portfolio Management working on general business management and corporate real estate related projects. Prior to joining the Northern New Jersey Market in 2022, Patrick worked for the FA Recruiting Department where he partnered with field leaders to recruit FA talent to the firm.

Patrick is originally from Caldwell , NJ and resides in Hoboken. He enjoys playing golf, running and watching sports in his free time.

Brianne Burdzy is an Administrative Manager in the Northern New Jersey Market. She is responsible for the Florham Park, Short Hills and Wall offices, where she leads the team of Client Associates.  Brianne got her start in the Financial Services Industry 9 years ago with UBS in Weehawken, NJ, after a short stint as an accountant for Deloitte & Touché. Most recently, Brianne served as the Assistant Market Head at UBS in New York City before returning to New Jersey to be closer to home. Prior to joining the field, she had experience in Advisory Solutions and Pricing Strategy.

She is dedicated to helping our teams grow their businesses and deliver solutions to clients by demonstrating how to best leverage the firm's resources and capabilities. She is responsible for the leadership and development of the support staff, as well as ensuring the day-to-day operations of the business run effectively and efficiently.

Brianne maintains her series 7, 66, 9, 10 securities licenses, as well as her Life & Health Insurance license. Brianne is a graduate of The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ where she majored in Accounting. Brianne currently resides in Lincoln Park, NJ with her husband and their dog.

Krista Mills is the Executive Team Assistant for the Northern New Jersey Market. Krista joined UBS in 2007 as a Client Service Associate and transitioned into her current role in 2012.  Krista works alongside the entire branch management team to help ensure the office operates effectively and efficiently on a day to day basis.  Her key areas of focus are working closely with the Branch Manager and the Administrative Manager on all business matters and administrative items as well as managing the day to day responsibilities of running the office.

Krista attended Berkeley College in West Paterson, New Jersey. Krista resides in Andover, New Jersey with her husband Chris and son Chase. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors, and being with her family and friends.

Sherry is the Market Service Manager for the Northern New Jersey Market. With over 30 years of operational and management experience, Sherry handles the day to day operations of the Northern New Jersey Market. She joined PaineWebber as a Sales Assistant with a small branch and held many positions during her tenure including Assistant to the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and Administrative Manager. She joined the Bergen County Office in 2008 as a Compliance Analyst and then as an Operations Manager. Sherry has the expertise and has developed relationships in all areas of home office that help her solve the most complex issues for Financial Advisors and Team Associates.

Sherry holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 66 licenses. Sherry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Douglass College, Rutgers University. Sherry is married with two children and currently resides in Oakland, NJ. In her free time she volunteers with her children's high school athletics teams fundraisers, spends quality time with her family skiing and playing soccer.

Sal began his career in Finance in 2007 with Oppenheimer and Company as a Client Service Associate. Following Oppenheimer he spent 6 years with Barclays Wealth Management in various roles including Operational specialist and Supervisory Manager.  After Barclays Wealth, Sal joined UBS in 2016 as a Supervisory Officer, attaining the lead of the group as Market Supervisory Officer in 2018 responsible for oversight of the Market.  Most recently,  Sal spent 2022 as an Assistant Market Head with the 1285 Avenue of the America’s office assisting financial advisors with customized portfolio solutions for their clients. Providing guidance to financial advisors and focused his attention to continuing the growth of the branch's investment advisory business as well as delivering the firm. 

Sal holds the Series 7, 66, 3, 9/10 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Sal was a member of the Rutgers University varsity baseball team, graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance. He currently lives in Old Bridge, NJ with his wife Christina and daughter Olivia.  Sal enjoys all things athletic, playing baseball/softball and golf in his free time

David is the Supervisory Officer for the Florham Park branch. He handles supervisory functions within the branch to help the team stay compliant with industry rules and regulations. He has been in the industry for 23 years, mostly in management working with Advisors to ensure we are deliver top tier service to all clients.  Prior to joining the Florham Park Office, David worked at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Market Supervision officer.  David has spent his career making sure the Financial Advisors he works with are getting all of the support they need.

David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, 10, and 31 licenses in addition to NJ Life and Health Insurance licenses. David lives in Mine Hill, New Jersey with his wife Christina. In his free time, he enjoys playing the saxophone, tennis and basketball as well as cruising.
