Mitch Markley has been in the Wealth Management industry for 15 years serving roles in both Leadership and as an Advisor. In 2011 after 7 years as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley in Denver Mitch transitioned to be the Business Development Manager for Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. In 2015, he was promoted to Branch Manager in La Jolla, California. During his tenure in California Mitch built out the Private Wealth Management and Graystone Consulting businesses in the San Diego market. In 2018 Mitch’s responsibilities expanded to include all North San Diego county for Morgan Stanley. Mitch joined UBS Wealth Management in March of 2020 as the Market Head in Colorado overseeing 210 employees in Denver, Boulder, Cherry Creek, Fort Collins, Greeley and Colorado Springs

Bruce has a long history of leadership. This history finds its beginnings during his 12-year career as a carrier based naval flight officer. The discipline and attention to detail needed to operate in a highly challenging environment prepared him for his career in the financial services industry.

Prior to UBS, Bruce worked as a financial advisor .He also served as a recruiter for the new Merrill Lynch advisor program where he led the nation in bringing career professionals to the financial services business. He then moved to the Customized Investments desk in New York, where his team led Wall Street in the issuance of new structured investments.

At UBS, Bruce has worked in the structured products group, the Mid-Atlantic Region, the Baltimore and Hunt Valley branches, Denver and Cherry Creek Summary branch, all as a branch manager. Most recently he was the Complex Director in Plano/Fort Worth, TX. During his first tour in Denver, his branch achieved Leadership Council as the 2nd highest performing branch in the nation. In 2020, he achieved Leadership Council again with his branch ranked 4th in the nation. He is currently the Market Director for the Denver Tech Center.

Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University with a major in Production and Operations Management and a minor in Information Systems Management.

Bruce also served for 12 distinguished years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. His tours of duty included flag aide to the Commander and Chief U.S. Atlantic Command, USS John F. Kennedy, U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (The Blue Angels), Attack Squadrons 42 & 176 in the A-6E Intruder. He has over 2000 flight hours and 250 aircraft carrier landings.

His community activity centers on veterans entering the civilian workforce. In addition his personal mentoring of veterans he has served with American Corporate Partners and is a current board member of the Blue Angels Foundation.

Laurie serves as the Director of Client Experience for the Rockies Market. She started her career at Boettcher and Company holding various roles in compliance, institutional sales and margin before joining PaineWebber (now UBS) in 1991. She has worked in many different aspects of the business at UBS including CSA, Executive Team Assistant, Operations and Compliance Management. Laurie currently holds her 7, 63, 66, 8 and Colorado Insurance License. She is married and has two children. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Erin recently joined UBS after 14 years with Merrill Lynch. She was the Senior Market Supervision Manager of the SD Financial Center Complex, managing multiple New York City branch offices. Erin recently relocated to Colorado with her husband, Justin, and their son Stone, to be closer to the mountains. They enjoy snowboarding, hiking, and all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

Kara began her career with Chase Bank in 2004. First working as a teller, she held several positions including Assistant Branch Manager in both Colorado and Washington State. She joined UBS in January 2023 as an Executive Team Assistant. Kara lives in southwest Denver with her two dogs, Hank and Margo. A foodie at heart, she enjoys cooking, gardening and trivia.
