Dawn Whitacre was named the Branch Manager of UBS's Dayton Office in January 2018. She is the first female to hold this role at this location. Her previous experience includes Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Assistant Operations Manager, Complex Service Manager and most recently as Market Administrative Officer which covered seven branches in the Ohio-Indy Market comprised of 118 financial advisors, 10 managers and 113 support team members. Dawn has successfully helped manage the daily operations of the Dayton branch and has built comradery and morale in the office. Dawn is very proud of the culture she has built at the Austin Landing office. The culture is collaborative, jovial and a place that everyone enjoys to be a part of and work at.
Dawn's broad mix of knowledge surrounding many sides of the business allows her the ability to navigate all capabilities of UBS for the advisors and support team members she serves. Dawn invests a great deal of time working with financial advisors and support team members on all aspect of the business including practice management, potential teaming opportunities and team developments. Dawn believes that in order for advisors to deliver a world class experience to their clients, they need a management team who recognizes the importance of providing timely, complete and accurate information to help them resolve every issue. Dawn is the co-chair for the Ohio Indy Chapter of All Bar None, the women's network at UBS that engages, educates, and empowers employees to promote the professional advancement of women at UBS and to champion the vision, values and strategies of the firm.
Dawn volunteers her time at various non-profit organizations in the Dayton area. Dawn grew up in New York on Long Island and went to college in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She moved to Ohio, and has been married for 23 years to her husband, James. Together they have a son, Jakob, and daughter, Stella.

Vanessa is currently the client liaison for the Dayton branch. Vanessa believes in always answering the phone with a smile. She looks at the positive, no matter the situation and goes above and beyond to find the answer. She truly loves that the office has a family-like atmosphere and appreciates being part of a team that supports each other.
Since starting with UBS in 2007, she worked in operations and is also the technology liaison for the branch.
Vanessa enjoys volunteering with the Military Order of the Purple Heart and takes pride in the fact that the office is passionate about volunteer work in the local community. She lives in Miamisburg and enjoys spending time with her son, Caige and granddaughter, Harper.
