Experience

Dawn Whitacre was named the Branch Manager of UBS's Dayton Office in January 2018. She is the first female to hold this role at this location.  Her previous experience includes  Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Assistant Operations Manager, Complex Service Manager and most recently as Market Administrative Officer which covered seven branches in the Ohio-Indy Market comprised of 118 financial advisors, 10 managers and 113 support team members.  Dawn has successfully helped manage the daily operations of the Dayton branch and has built comradery and morale in the office.  Dawn is very proud of the culture she has built at the Austin Landing office.  The culture is collaborative, jovial and a place that everyone enjoys to be a part of and work at.

Dawn's broad mix of knowledge surrounding many sides of the business allows her the ability to navigate all capabilities of UBS for the advisors and support team members she serves. Dawn invests a great deal of time working with financial advisors and support team members on all aspect of the business including practice management, potential teaming opportunities and team developments.  Dawn believes that in order for advisors to deliver a world class experience to their clients, they need a management team who recognizes the importance of providing timely, complete and accurate information to help them resolve every issue. Dawn is the co-chair for the Ohio Indy Chapter of All Bar None, the women's network at UBS that engages, educates, and empowers employees to promote the professional advancement of women at UBS and to champion the vision, values and strategies of the firm.

Dawn volunteers her time at various non-profit organizations in the Dayton area. Dawn grew up in New York on Long Island and went to college in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  She moved to Ohio, and has been married for 23 years to her husband, James.  Together they have a son, Jakob, and daughter, Stella. 

Brianne Squibb is currently an Administrative Officer in the Ohio Indy Michigan market and is responsible for managing branch administration and implementing service standards with Team Associates to ensure superior client service.  Brianne started working in the financial services industry in 2000 as an intern while she attended business school at University of Cincinnati.  Since then, she has assisted clients in various aspects of their financial health, working as Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Investment Analyst and most recently Branch Office Administrator.  Throughout her 23 years of experience Brianne helped create and maintain clients’ financial plans, identified appropriate investment vehicles, monitored investment risk profiles, which assisted in maintaining appropriate asset allocations, performed market research, and assisted with daily operational, service, and branch administration needs.

Brianne’s extensive knowledge of the sales and support side of the business gives her a unique skill set to support advisory teams in the Ohio Indy Michigan market.  Brianne is proud to be a part of a local management team who prides themselves on providing timely and accurate information to advisory teams to ensure their businesses run smoothly. 

Prior to joining UBS, Brianne worked at Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati. As a native of Dayton, Ohio Brianne currently resides in a northern Cincinnati suburb with her husband of 17 years and their two teenage children who keep them very busy with club swimming and lacrosse.
