Michael is responsible for leading Chicago Wealth Management and Chicago Private Management as the Market Executive. In this capacity, he brings together the firm's best in class resources, talent and capabilities to create and sustain success for our clients in the Americas.

With more than 24 years in the wealth management industry, Michael brings a wide breadth and depth of experience having served in a multitude of capacities including Complex Director, Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager and member of the Equity Advisory Group. Michael has served as the co-head of the firm's Leadership Advisory Council and leads the Veteran Network in the Midwest. Michael has also been recognized by On Wall Street as one of the top 10 Branch Managers.

Michael is responsible for the Private Wealth Management office in Chicago along with satellite offices in Birmingham, Brookfield, Cincinnati, Lincoln,  Louisville, Minneapolis, St. Louis and Troy. Combining the client focus of a  boutique firm with the footprint, strength and experience of one the world’s  top global wealth managers, Chicago PWM is committed to being the office  of choice for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients and the Financial  Advisors who serve them.

Michael earned his B.B.A. in finance from Southeast Oklahoma State University  where he played Division II basketball. Mike, his wife and three sons live in Hinsdale, IL.

Craig has been with UBS for 18 years and serves as the Market Director of the Downtown Chicago and Oakbrook office. His career at UBS began in the firm's Graduate Training Program, and after 2 years of rotating through various areas of the firm, took on his first assignment as a Strategic Analyst in the CEO's office. Two years later he began his field management career as an Assistant Branch Manager in the 299 Park Avenue office of New York City, where he served for 3 years before becoming Branch Manager of the Providence and Newport Rhode Island offices. He was appointed Market Head of the legacy Metro Chicago Market in 2017 before becoming Market Director of Chicago and Oakbrook, IL in 2021.

Originally from Joliet, Illinois, where his parents still reside, Craig is a graduate of Yale University and was also a member of the school's football team. He and his wife Jennifer live in Lake Forest and have two daughters.

Andrew has been with UBS for 6 years and serves as the Branch Manager of the Northbrook office. His career at UBS began in the firm's Graduate Training Program, and after 2 years of rotating through various areas of the firm, took on his first assignment as a Business Strategist for one of the first Divisional Directors. Two years later he began his field management career as an Assistant Market Head of the Chicago Market that included offices in Downtown Chicago, Northbrook, Oakbrook, Barrington, Naperville, and Madison, Brookfield & Milwaukee Wisconsin. 

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Andrew graduated from Bucknell University where he earned a B.S. in Economics and was a member of the school’s men’s varsity lacrosse team. He currently resides in Chicago, IL. 

Tess focuses on supporting market wide initiatives and sales practices while serving as the Assistant Market Head of the Chicago Market. Tess has been with UBS for the past eight years spending time both in the field and at UBS Asset Management.  Tess started her career at the 1285 Avenue of the Americas Market in NYC where she supported the administrative processes for Financial Advisors, Team Associates and the entire Management Team.  Prior to her current role, she was the NY Metro Region's Investment Consultant for UBS Asset Management where she partnered with Financial Advisors and their clients to find solutions to help them meet their financial and personal goals.

Tess holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 66 licenses and NY State Life, Health and Accident Insurance Licenses. Tess graduated from Syracuse University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics. Tess is originally from Chicago but has spent much of her professional career in NYC/ NJ area with her husband Joe and her cat Beatrice. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to Italy and visiting wineries in the Finger Lakes of NY.

Jake earned his BS in Management, and has spent his career in the service industry, working with colleges and universities before joining the Finance world in 2017 with Merrill Lynch. Jake is a dedicated leader, using his skills to help bridge the gap between the needs of the client and the needs of the business. He brings many years of experience developing Support Team Members and their Teams to their highest potential. In his free time, Jake loves to travel and is an avid foodie! He and his husband John dedicate a lot of their extra-curricular activities to non-profit volunteering with at-risk youth and the homeless in the greater Chicago area when they are not traveling with their dogs Samwell and Meera.

Conchita has been a part of the UBS family for 13 years. She started out as a Receptionist with Restaurant Associates. As a new branch opened, Conchita was offered an opportunity to join the Operations department of the growing business and has been a dedicated employee, providing exceptional service to UBS clients and staff. Conchita has background history in Human Resources and was asked to take on some HR responsibilities with onboarding UBS employees.

In April of 2016, Conchita joined the Chicago Tower Market Area Management Team as a Branch Office Administrator.

Conchita attended Chicago State University and earned a degree in education. Conchita has volunteered her services in multiple UBS projects. Conchita currently resides in Chicago with her husband Jeffery and daughter. In her time away from work she enjoys planning events for her family, shopping and cooking.

Diane has over 29 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is currently the Executive Team Assistant for the Metro Chicago Market.

Diane began her career as a Client Service Associate at PaineWebber. She previously became a Branch Office Administrator at Prudential Securities. From there she joined UBS as a Registered Branch Office Administrator and Branch Technology Liaison.

Diane resides in Elmhurst with her sons, Jake and Zach. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
