Jad and his team work to help their colleagues achieve their goals in an environment that is supportive and collegial. It’s been said that time stands still for nobody—myself included. Reflecting on my 30 years as a financial advisor and current branch manager at UBS fills me with deep gratitude. Following a brief NFL career after earning my bachelors and masters degrees, I will never forget those first clients who took a chance on an aspiring young professional and believed in my abilities to help them achieve and maintain financial security. Their early trust made a lasting impact on my career path of incremental success. In many instances, what began as individual relationships has, over time, grown into something much more meaningful: guiding not only those original clients but now working with their children and other family members as well. This journey has reinforced that the way I support my clients and lead a team is about far more than a transaction—it’s about relationships built on listening, trust, and a shared commitment to long-term goals. What I learned decades ago still rings true. Here’s to 30 more years…and then some!
