With 23 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Susan’s unique background which encompasses extensive work with advisors and time as an advisor herself, combined with holding multiple positions within Market leadership, make her a superb partner for her advisor teams. Her deep understanding of UBS, coupled with her hands-on experience and leadership skills, provides an impressive foundation for driving growth and success.

Susan most recently held the position of Associate Market Executive for the Greater California/Nevada Market. Prior to that, she served as the Digital Specialist for the Desert Mountain Market.  Susan began her career with UBS International before moving to Merrill Lynch International and eventually transitioned to a FA with Chase Investments and Oppenheimer & Co. Susan graduated from University of Arizona with degrees in English Literature, Spanish and a Certificate in International Business. She now lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Troy.

Elizabeth Metal is the Market Administrative Officer serving the Greater California/Nevada Market as well as the local Administrative Manager for Brea.  In this role, Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the advisor teams. 

Elizabeth joined UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Complex Administrative Manager in October 2009. She held various roles within the firm including Regional Administrative Officer for the Southwest Region and Market Administrative Officer for the San Diego Market. Prior to joining UBS, she spent 10 years with Merrill Lynch in Newport Beach where she started her career in the industry.

Elizabeth holds a BS in Business Administration Finance from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dallas.

As a Southern California native, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outside the office with her family, husband Michael and their daughters Kaylin, and Kalani playing sports, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.

Richard Valle is a Supervisory Officer within the Greater California/Nevada Market. He comes to the Market with 14 years of UBS and overall industry experience. Over the course of his career, he has held various leadership positions in Operations, as well as other Supervisory roles, most recently in the West Los Angeles Market. He enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three children, including coaching his boys Little League teams, and traveling.
