Kreg originally joined UBS in 2005 and has been leading the Greater Boston Private Wealth Management business since 2024. As Market Director, Kreg's role is to work with our Private Wealth Advisors to offer all of the firm's capabilities and expertise to ultra high net worth clients. Kreg is passionate about understanding a client's total balance sheet and delivering on the unique needs of each family. Prior to re-joining the Boston business, Kreg spent thirteen years with UBS PWM/WM in Southern California, Texas, & Boston, serving in various capacities including, Complex Director, Branch Manager, and Assistant Market Head. Previously, Kreg held positions at the Private Banking & Investment Group at Merrill Lynch and with an Independent RIA.

A Massachusetts native, Kreg and his wife Kathleen reside in Wellesley, MA with their two boys. They are both avid supporters of land conservation and fighting food insecurity. In his free time Kreg enjoys golf, basketball, and downhill skiing. On weekend mornings he can usually be found manning the griddle in search of pancake approval from his kids.

Brittany Manganaro serves as the Associate Market Executive for the Greater Boston Private Wealth Management Market. Having spent over 15 years in various roles at UBS, Brittany leverages her knowledge of the firm to connect our Private Wealth Advisors and their ultra-high net worth clients with the vast global resources of UBS.

Before assuming her current role, Brittany spent 11 years in various field leadership roles including leading our businesses in Wellesley and Southern New Hampshire. Previously Brittany had served as a wealth planning specialist, providing advice and expertise to Financial Advisors and their clients on comprehensive wealth management, investment, estate planning, wealth transfer, and life insurance strategies. Brittany began her career at UBS in 2004 as part of the UBS Graduate Talent Program, a two-year rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to various business areas throughout UBS.

Brittany graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College. She has attained the Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®), and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designations.

Brittany and her husband, Jeff, live in Lexington with their two children and goldendoodle. She enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Susan Wolff is a Director and Market Supervisory Officer for UBS Greater New England Market, GWM Americas.  The Greater New England Market is located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, upstate New York as well as locations in Western Pennsylvania.  As Market Supervisory Officer, Susan is responsible for overseeing compliance, risk, legal and regulatory items for the Market area which consists of over 400 advisors,  Susan works alongside Advisors, their teams, home officer departments and Supervisory Officers to deliver our clients the utmost satisfaction while ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory guidelines and policies. 

Prior to Susan’s role as Market Supervisory Officer, she served as Market Administrative Officer working and managing operational and administrative matters for the Market.  In addition to her current role she previously focused her energy on leading volunteer activities, organizing and implementing events. She has promoted our internal networking group, All Bar None, who’s mission is to educate, engage and empower women within the organization.  Susan was one of the founding Co-Chairs of the local Chapter of All Bar None in Boston. In addition she previously served as Co-Chair Field Connectors for All Bar None Chapters across US branches.

Susan attended Temple University and holds FINRA Series, 7, 8, 63 and 65 licenses. She and her husband, Brian, of 36 years have two children and two grandchildren.  Susan enjoys spending quality time with her family, as well as gardening, photography, reading and traveling.

Diana Rogers is a Director and Administrative Officer for Greater New England where she supervises, manages and oversees support staff in Private Wealth Management.  Before assuming her current role, Diana held supervisory roles at UBS PWM, Wells Fargo Advisors and Credit Suisse. 

Diana is a graduate of Providence College and holds FINRA licenses 7, 9/10, 65 and 3.  She lives in Charlestown, MA and outside of the office she enjoys traveling, Broadway shows and running the occasional 5k.    

As the Branch Office Administrator, Haley provides essential business support to the management team, serves as a reliable point of contact and resource for financial advisory teams, and ensures the smooth execution of daily office operations. Known as the “Minister of Culture,” Haley brings energy, creativity, and a personal touch to the workplace—organizing engaging events, fostering team connection, and helping make UBS a dynamic, welcoming, and collaborative place to work and do business across the Boston Private Wealth market.

Haley graduated summa cum laude from Salem State University with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. She lives in South Boston and enjoys exploring new restaurants around the city, beach days along the New England coast, hosting friends and family, and listening to oldies.

As a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS Financial Services Inc., Kevin works with financial advisors in the Greater Boston Private Wealth Management market to assist their clients in creating and updating their customized financial plan. He helps clients seek to achieve their goals by developing strategies in multiple areas, such as retirement planning, charitable giving, education funding, and asset allocation & portfolio construction.

Kevin holds the Series 7, 66, and 79 securities licenses, as well as the Life & Health insurance licenses in Massachusetts and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ (AAMS®) designation.

Prior to UBS, Kevin worked as a Growth Equity Analyst at Volition Capital, where he spent much of his time connecting with business owners to learn about them and their startup companies.

Before joining Volition Capital, he was a Technology Investment Banking Analyst at
SVB Securities (now known as Leerink Partners), where he helped to advise
businesses on potential mergers & acquisitions and capital markets opportunities.
