Lauren Gorsche serves as the Market Executive for the Los Angeles Market. Her coverage includes Los Angeles Private Wealth Management (PWM), Manhattan Beach PWM, Newport Beach PWM, San Diego/La Jolla PWM, Las Vegas PWM, Arizona PWM, Beverly Hills and Century City Wealth Management businesses. She oversees 150 Financial Advisors while managing $100+ billion in assets and $460+ million in annual revenue.
Before assuming her current role as the Market Executive, she was the Complex Director for the Los Angeles County PWM Office and was promoted to Market Head of the LA Metro Region in 2022. Having spent 20 years in various roles at UBS, Lauren leverages her extensive knowledge of the firm to bring the best of UBS to our Private Wealth Advisors and their clients. Lauren Gorsche was previously the Chief of Staff for US Wealth Management, supporting a business with over 6,000 Advisors and more than $1 trillion in assets. She has also acted as Chief of Staff for the Global Investment Platforms and Solutions business, and as Corporate Secretary for the US Wealth Management Committee. Prior to her Chief of Staff position, Lauren spent 12 years with the Banking group in multiple advisor-and client-facing roles, including Head of Sales Strategy, Senior Wealth Management Banker, and managing the Banking Solutions desk.
Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with a degree in English. Lauren holds her 3, 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 66 securities licenses and is registered in all 50 states.
Kate joined UBS in 2012 and is currently the Market Director of the Beverly Hills, CA office. Kate is focused on supporting our financial advisors to deliver all the resources and capabilities that the firm has to offer. She strives to provide the best possible experience to our clients to ensure we are helping them meet their financial goals.
Her prior experience includes acting as an Assistant Market Head in the Northeast Private Wealth Management Market, based in Boston, MA.
Kate also spent 8 years in the Home Office holding positions as the Head of Strategic Events and Field Recognition and other related roles.
Her responsibilities included creating best-in-class internal and client-facing events that developed employee skills, improved retention and deepened client relationships.
Prior to joining UBS, Kate had a successful ten-year career at Merrill Lynch.
Kate is a graduate of University of Richmond and currently holds the FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, 10 and 3. Originally from New York, Kate now resides in the South Bay with her husband and three children.
Laura serves as the Market Administrative Officer for the Los Angeles Market. Her coverage includes Los Angeles Private Wealth Management (PWM), Manhattan Beach PWM, Newport Beach PWM, San Diego/La Jolla PWM, Las Vegas PWM, Arizona PWM, Beverly Hills and Century City Wealth Management businesses.
Before assuming her current role as the Market Administrative Office, she was the Administrative Manager for the West Coast Private Wealth Management Market. Having spent 10+ years in various roles at the firm, Laura leverages her extensive knowledge of the firm to bring the best of UBS to all Financial Advisors, support staff and their clients.
